The doctrine of the Nicolatains is the teachings that say that there is no authority or chain of command. Jesus said that He hates this doctrine. How can you read the Epistles and not believe anything that they say? What kind of Kingdom doesn't have a chain of command or any rules or authority? Jesus said that He will rule with a rod of iron. Look up how many times the word authority is used in the New Testament and what is said when it is used. Who or what do you obey.
