Thank you for showing this game love. The budokai series are the best dragon ball z games of all time! The fighting style is perfect. Burst limit and Infinite world where the end to an awesome series that deserves a return! Tenkaichi is getting a revival. Hopefully Budokai does too. Awesome gameplay!
That's Dameon Clarke as Cell, who has been his English voice actor since the 90s. Why he sounds so weird is because this game and the Budokai games for some reason only had Dameon Clarke do lines in his Perfect Cell voice.

@@armaniransom9296 it never had DLC for the xbox 360, it was just a boss fight where Goku WOULD have had SSJ2, but the devs couldnt finish it in time, so burst limit is still an unfinished game
