The 13 Flame chasers (Hi3) = The 13 Ordain of the Chrysos Heir (HSR)
This is my guess at the moment base on how were they describe and the power they show in this video:
1 Aponia -Her abilities revolve around commanding or influencing someone; this ability was named "Discipline". Discipline could be used in many ways. She once used Discipline to make someone rapidly regenerate from an injury based on her remembrance files in the video she look like she controling those human or droid or maybe puppets
2 Vill-V - (ability create different personalities) in the video it say "there shall be the three-faced messenger transversing through myriad doors
3 Su - in the video it say "has enough knowledge to refute faith, and to stir torrent capable of slaying gods(at the end of second key comic Su promptly finds himself in a void, saying "This place... it does exist...". A disembodied voice says that it "applauds [Su] for finding this place. [Su seeks] the universal truth that governs the Honkai itself." It says it hasn't met a human in eons, and that it's bored. It challenges Su to some sort of board game, saying that if he wins, the entity will give Su the answer)
4 Griseo - not sure of this one
5 Kosma - Kosma was infused with the genes of the Honkai Beast "Vishnu" which granted him unmatched physical strength that grew more and more powerful by consuming Honkai Beast genes in the video he look like he has a lion shadow
6 Pardofelis - its obvious
7 Mobius - verytime she dies; she comes back from the dead by involuntarily consuming any nearby energy. She becomes younger and younger, and loses some of her memories each time she comes back from the dead in the video it say "the daughter of river styx(river of the underworld)
8 kebin - the man himself
9 Eden - Eden was infused with the genes of the Honkai Beast "Varuna" which granted her unknown offensive abilities that may or may not be lightning or water-based because of her Honkai Beast's name ("Varuna" is the Hindu God of Oceans)
10 FuHua - in video she look like a military strategist and her shadow reminds me of senti
11 Kalpas - a fire dude with a mask
12 Sakura - not also sure maybe 4 and this are interchangeble
13 Elysia - pink elf jesus

Probably not a coincidence that they are giving out a free Elysia in the new patch for HI3. They are hoping that HSR players go try HI3 thanks to the X-over and then get a free Elysia so they understand who her HSR version was based off.
If H3rd gets enough HSR players maybe they'll finally be able to release male characters over there
