Keeping a lithium ion battery at a 100% all the time does not make your battery ‘tired’ it’s actually preferred that you charge it up all the way so that you can prevent the battery from dying which is worse than charging it to a 100%.
Changing wallpapers to black to save battery depends on what kind of display your phone is using. for sure this technique will only work for OLED and AMOLED displays since it turns off the light of the pixels to produce black colors. But this does not work on IPS LCD displays since IPS LCDs just covers the pixels to produce black

I did number 10 a lot, and my phone stopped being able to charge. I had to buy a new phone later on. I have just gotten my new phone, and these tips were very helpful! I will use them whenever I have my phone. Thank you :D
