I have been listening to Mr. Kennedy for a few months now. I’m 64 and have never seen anyone running for any office that has a better grasp of things that matter to most people. The other two we have running aren’t even in the same league as him. If you actually listen to what he is saying it it’s not even close.

This is what a real leader looks like and is not swayed by greed or power!!! He is also not a bully and doesn't get into the middle of what is going on between the other two! I don't know if anyone else in this country is listening, truly listening, but RFK Jr. is spot on about what is happening to the average American family. We can't afford our bills! We are struggling despite making more. The weekly choices between paying a bill and buying groceries to feed our family. The struggle is real across the entire US. He is also spot on about the healthcare crisis in this country. Look at the facts - they don't come from the media that is for sure.

@@lawsonj39agreed. Political interviews are supposed to be hard hitting. A better question would be “why are some politicians treated with kid gloves during interviews”? MSBNCs interviews with Biden have never been handled the way RFKs interview was, nor were Clintons (RFKs interview would have been even worse than this but the pushback from how they treated Sanders was huge).
@@patricko9129I think it has a lot to do with how the interviewer was phrasing the questions. He's trying to provoke an emotion from the audience, which is his job but it wasn't always like that. It use to be about getting information that's important not just provoking emotions

The host was really doing his best to interrupt him and not let him speak. It’s very interesting that “journalists” have become political mouthpieces rather than defenders of truth and fact. I appreciate RFK plainly calling him out on his behaviour.

The interviewer needs to shut up and just listen! I have listened to so many interviews with RFK. He would make an absolutely amazing president. Anyone would agree who is actually able to hear him speak for more than a couple sentences without constant interruptions. This is ridiculous!

@@MPR2Well the guy interviewing was really pushing pretty hard to get him to start talking smack on his competition. When was the last time that we had a politician that wanted to not do that and wanted to focus on the PEOPLE’S problems. Not in my life time. I’ve only gotten to read and listen to speeches from past politicians. I give him allot of credit on that. During covid and people couldn’t goto work and jobs were closed and while we were waiting to get money (that shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place) the left and right were arguing about what they wanted out of the bill before they took care of us. Unfortunately the left and right are both jokes now. Only a name of what the names actually used to be. It’s sad really.

I'm republican but I'm voting RFK. He has the ferocity that I like in Trump to get things DONE. But he also has the charisma and wisdom of an ancient greek philosopher; which I think is far more important for a president to have. This guy is something else. Take my vote!

I've been watching lots of interviews and podcasts with him. I even made it through the Fauci book. As far as I can tell, RFK has been mischaracterized since he announced he was running for office. Voted for Biden the last time, but will vote for RFK in November. 🇺🇸

Ari needs to reign in his ego and let RFK answer the questions. It's common courtesy to interview someone without an intrusive, obvious agenda. Let the candidates have 95% of the time available.
The Dems decided to interview him because they thought they could show some kind of “GOTCHA” on RFK Jr. Unfortunately, they failed because RFK Jr showed unequivocally that he is the best choice for president! He’s got my vote!
Here and there I have seen a couple interviews by MSM, one was Erin Burnett, CNN. It was sick. All she did was reiterate the anti-vacs thing and that his own family (making it sound like everyone of them) were against him.
When he soundly answered, she didn’t want you to listen and she’d follow up with another bs question or accusation. It made her look close minded and incompetent of the interview.

The interview was designed to try to get as many headlines as they could that they could use to manipulate voters. They were only looking for very specific responses from him, refusing to hear the actual message RFK is trying to get across.
RFK held up through the chaos. This interviewer knows what he has to do to even be allowed to have RFK on. They are scared, very scared.
Ari needs to change his weight class. He got worked. Maybe he can throw some shadow punches Biden's way then spit someone else's rhymes afterword as he usually does.
Ari clearly projected Biden is the only choice to maintain a democracy in his mind yet did not protect his management of driving up debt, inflation, and funding Ukraine in an unnecessary war. .

Overall I think RFK came out on top with this. It's good to be pushed and to debate, and see what comes out under pressure. But yeah some of the interview by Ari sounds cheap to my ears, def creating a pushy atmosphere in my opinion

Thanks Ari for doing this interview of RFK Jr. I've been a registered Democrat since the early 1970s and I'm all in for him. I think we have a rare opportunity to get a true statesman elected president. We have gotten ourselves way off track and I really believe that this election gives a chance to get back on track. I love that Kennedy is bringing together people of all political persuasions who agree on some pretty core issues that impact all of us. I really hope people vote courageously in the election and don't fall into the old habit of letting fear guide them. I hope you invite him on again real soon.

He let him talk a full 2 minutes for the first question and he just meandered. Imagine going on Shark Tank and not having an elevator pitch ready? If RFK Jr wanted a platform to just let him talk for 50 minutes without a meaningful dialogue he needs to either A) Be popular enough that people want to come to him in person or B) Pay for an infomercial. Ari is honestly doing him a favor by letting him on his show. I have literally never heard RFK Jr talk about anything before. I have only heard what other people have said about him. This was an opportunity to speak to a whole new audience. I wish RFK Jr was better prepared. If he answered questions succinctly, the interviewer wouldn't need to rein him in. Ari is well known for getting guests from all parts of the political spectrum. In lots of court cases (Peter Navarro for example) they use clips from Ari's show. And guess what - MSNBC had ZERO obligation to show this full extended cut either. Still doing the candidate favors.

Don't limit what you know about RFK to interviews on mass media. He has written books, very good, readable, intelligent books; a good way to see how he things and what he feels and what he knows. Much more impressive than Ari's pot shots.

I have read those books. He misrepresents things in them, vaccines is the most glaring example. If you look at the documents that he claims supports his views, they do not if you actually read them. I think lack of critical reading may be why he, and Trump, are actual Presidential candidates. Our government has some serious issues and we need a serious person at the helm, RFK Jr is NOT that person for me. BTW I read his books because a few of his sound bytes caught my attention. Infrastructure, fail. Manufacturing jobs, fail. Bringing back industry to US, fail. The list goes on. Biden is the one who accomplished all that. Performance matters, not performance arts.
Perhaps RFK jr could be a candidate for a housing cabinet position. This would enable him to begin building a resume in government service. Perhaps RFK jr could run for Congress before running for President. Governing is an actual job, and not everyone is good at it, especially if they have zero experience.
