Dangggg Derek from MPMD’s Turk product tested had only 0.44mg of Turk per capsule. The label claims there is 500mg of a 10% turkesterone extract in there, which should deliver 50mg of turkesterone itself. This means there is 0.88% of the label claim, or 111 times less than the label claims. Hope he addresses this
@@mmm-bi1my That was not the conclusion. Please watch this video and then draw your conclusion: th-cam.com/video/Kp3RmCOkCwc/w-d-xo.html There is a quality control process via suppliers and certified GMP manufacturers as a bare minimum, and then we also have random third party testing using LC-MS from an ISO accredited laboratory to fact check our manufacturer, and are getting verification from a second ISO accredited lab using LC-MS as well right now (the most stringent of testing utilizing liquid chromatography with mass spec). If there's an issue, we will find out. In the video I posted, a CSO (chief scientific officer) & senior chemist, and The Guerrilla Chemist both give their input.
By "random testing" do you mean EVERY production batch had a random sample taken and tested? Or do you mean only SOME production batches were randomly selected for sample testing? The second case would mean there are batches which weren't sampled which could be a source of a QA escape.
@@MorePlatesMoreDates yo Derek, never doubted your integrity - even the guys on this podcast indicated this was likely a wholesale supplier issue. Look forward to your next iteration of Turk with a verified higher concentration. I take the GM Ecdy anyway 😅
4:24 My old friend from Kyiv Ukraine was master of sports in powerlifting and he squatted at 67.5kg BW 280kg, It was a long time ago. Unfortunately, he disappeared after the start of the war.
Training those weak points helped a ton with my Bjj performance and injury prevention, only think I’d add is forearm/wrist work and foot/ankle strengthening.
Hey guys quick question. I’ve been bodybuilding for 16 years now drug free. I e always done 5 exercises in my back workout every 4th day. Legs push pull off split. Will it be better if I did only 3 exercises per back session example, lat pull down then a row and pull over, then next session I’ll do the same thing but a different row and a different pull down for the angles. I have feel like I’ve been stuck for least 5 years! Or will I lose gains if I cut back my volume like that? Thanks guys! 💪
Love you guys and never miss an episode. My only suggestion would be I feel you often take too long to make your points. Saying the same thing repeatedly on a given point or opinion using different words doesn’t necessarily assist us with our understanding. Your audience will inherently be smart folks. You won’t appeal to everyone. Your podcast would be even better if you make your points once and quickly and move on to the next point or topic. You’ll get to cover more in each episode. I note you often run out of time on what you want to get through. Enjoyed listening to this one as always.
@@YajoX good idea. These guys talk super slow. I often feel like I want them to talk faster. But it’s also the repetition (saying the same thing multiple times) that’s an issue. But they’re absolute legends and I love them so I’m sure I can deal with it😂
No intro music?? I thought hip flexors are the most trained muscles that don't receive direct training. Poorly training core and sitting all day, under tension all day long? Well, of course more for general public who lack the whole back chain training like glutes and back. But I was under the impression that hip flexors versus back side usually cause more problems than the lack of them. I'd be happy to be corrected in this though. Really really second Trexler on Tool! The Pot has been on my training playlist for quite a while now! Not quite the same but also a fantastic drummer, a Finnish metal band Diablo, specifically album Eternium is great for training. Something about groovy and progressive style drums on heavy and mid tempo riffs works for training. Obviously classics like Van Halen and AC/DC and Ozzy that you'd commonly hear in the gym are great. Was pleased to hear Tool in the olympic weightlifting gym on some of Zack Telander's training videos with Clarence Kennedy as well.
Yes, love the idea of giving lifting music recommendations! There's no music that does it more for me when lifting than Rammstein. Deadlifting on the guitar riff of Sonne is like a transformative experience lol.
I've been seeing a chiropractor for some shoulder pain I've been having, and funny enough some of the exercises he Gabe me were for scapula protraction.
Hey, guys! So Carbs do make me fat in a caloric surplus, protein also makes me fat. No free calories. But what about the study that showed that saturated fats make people more centrally obese than polyunsaturated fats? And thay PUFAS ar better for bulking than saturated fat?
For the first time ever, I've been able to share an SBS article with my distance-running partner, who has been looking for hip flexor exercises. Sadly, I now also have to inform him that his favorite leisure activity will almost certainly tank his cardio-vascular health, so thanks for nothing.
You think that if you don't have very wide tastes and don't know there are actually other bands (and whole genres) that use odd time signatures and non-western structure.
There's an argument i never really see regarding "non mirror" muscles, so maybe i'm just wrong here? But i've always reasoned that an extra pound of muscle is a pound less fat at any given bodyweight, and this contributes and adds up to you looking better, with progressively less effort. For eg say you can easily maintain 180lbs, and this is 15% for you. Say you add 5lbs of "non mirror" muscle, and now maintaining at 180lbs is 13%, presto you look better. (I didn't do the calculation, numbers are placeholders).
Dr. Eduard Isenmann is indeed German, but the 'i' is pronounced as an English 'ee'. If it were pronounced like 'eye', it would be spelled Eisenmann or Iron Man - a much cooler name...
Eric messaged him, and he claims that IG story wasn't referencing MF, and that he had no idea that "adherence neutral" was a phrase associated with MF.
"Running ages men" is an objectively correct statement. Running takes time, time ages men, therefore running ages men. "Running ages everyone" would be more correct though.

He's addressed it tbf, but basically TLDR is "they scammed me too, i'm not happy and are looking into it"

Awesome! Thank you so much for covering my question. All of these topics were great. Killer episode.
I like super rom back excersises at the end of back training for protraction gainz.

What’s the point in having a jacked Iliacus when he will die of a heart attack any day now
@@jamesk5369 Exactly. Ditto injury prevention. Why prevent injury if it just means he'll run even more?
