The city of Los Cruces New Mexico is still on land considered Gadsen purchase . We in New Mexico still think acquisition of the land was a great idea . Many blessings for preserving the Gadsen family's house for us . It looks great .
Had a college friend spend his 3 years in Naval Intelligence living in this house with other officers in the 1960's. He said there was a keg of beer at all times in the courtyard available to the occupants. Most were college grads drafted immediately after graduation.
You're right Robert! I'm so glad they're working for God. Beautiful building and I'm glad they're bringing the house back to its former glory as a residential home too under conservation principles. Charleston is also one of the most beautiful places on earth to visit and fortunate for those living there. I'm so glad the building team has planned this project preserving the proper character of this magnificent town house among so many in its location.
i really dont want to see a bunch of dippy peopletalk about a house. i would however like to see an old house needing renovations that renovated and for sale

I live in Charleston but the downtown prices are far too high to step my foot in one of those house nice to see what they look like on the inside

So as usual in the US it looks old but is in fact 80% new ,,, I get it but its so different from restoration in europe ,,,,
The "restoration' on this house, is just as fake as the blush on the girl's cheeks.
