How to make strawberry liqueur, a simple recipe
A simple and easy recipe
Strawberry liqueur
Ingredients:
For one serving of liqueur
Strawberries - 1 - 1.200 kg
Sugar - 800 - 900 g.
Vodka - 1 - 1,10 L
Cooking preparation:
1. Peel the strawberries and rinse.
2. Put in a bottle, add sugar and vodka.
3. Close with a seaming or other lid.
4. Mix several times a day to dissolve the sugar, then put it in the cellar, after a month the liqueur is ready
5. Filtered, you can wash off the rest of the liqueur from the strawberries with a small amount of water.
6. A can with liqueur can stand until winter, open and filter in winter.
Notes:
Strawberry liqueur has a bright color, summer and strawberry aroma. Sweetness need to be moderated.
Ideal for cocktails, deliciously drizzle over creamy ice cream.
