Hi there,
Can one ask for job retention in settlement ? I am being put into performance hearing and outcome pending since one month. In parallel, employer was notified of the claim. They have hired attorney and attorney has asked for the settlement.
I want to be in the job. Can I make this offer?
The performance hearing outcome can be dismissal which is worrying
