One of the best I've seen and I watch a lot of these. I would love this place, but I would be tempted to make that upstairs living room into the principle suite and make on of the other smaller rooms into a recording studio - the current owner can leave their guitar collection : ) That downstairs bedroom would become a cinema room as well. Love the fact that there's a place to make a brew upstairs, perfect, and guitars too! Price is great too, fingers crossed the numbers come up soon then!

Would it be allowed for one to do a few minimal extensions to the home for completeness? 2. How easy would it be to turn all bedrooms into en-suites? 3. Could there be advantages of solar/inverter/batteries/heat pumps and water harvesting with filters into the house? 4. How far are the nearest golf courses and whisky producers?
