FYI there is a special service like Canada Post FlexDelivery where the mail goes to a Canada Post location (usually Shoppers Drug Mart) where you can pick up the mail. No need to worry about your parents seeing it in the mailbox in such case. Also it avoids the mail guy screwing up and putting your mail in the wrong mailbox.
