Saw Philip at the Proms. He superbly played the theme from Genevieve. Many months later he was busking at Piccadilly Underground Station. There is a video on TH-cam of him laying TVs theme from Schindler’s List. It will move you to tears.
You mean the song in the subway will move you to tears or the fact that a great musician was on Proms then in the street moves you to tears? I'd say there is no straight path to being a musician and the only mistake he made perhaps was letting people see that video. It means nothing.
mambojazz1 John Williams’s theme for Schindler‘s List made me cry, not Phillip’s busking. All musicians have to supplement their income and busking at a formal TfL spot in Piccadilly Circus Underground station is one of them.
