Introducing one of my favorite dishes! MALA XIANG GUO (Dry Hot Pot)!
My first time trying this dish was when I first had a Chinese friend back in Boston and she took me to the restaurant. I was like WHAT?
But trust me. It's addicting. AMAZING.
(had it four days in a row this week)

Pero confía en mí. Es adictivo. INCREÍBLE.

I don't think I know much about other foods from other countries, here in Peru they use the food from another country as a reference and they Peruvianize it 😂😂but the food looks delicious!

Haha, same here! It's really hard to find the authentic ones always a Korean twist in it. I believe Peruvian restaurants in Korea aren't 100% authentic as well since it's so different from the ones I had back in NY 😢
