That first story. What type of friends just let someone wonder off nude like that? Even if she somehow got them to agree to let her go, as soon as she says "I'll be back by midnight." Nah, we aren't letting her go.
Sad story they should have done more to stop her but im not being bad when i say this play dumb games your going to get dumb prize like that was really stupid to do but so sad
I ran off nude once. By the time I got back into my bed room my mom had scooped me up off the rug and tossed me back into the bath, which I hated. I was only 2 at the time but I remember running naked I didn't care I just wanted OUT of that tub and if meant running through the forrest buck naked so bet it.

The time and effort that Mr. Pauline’s has put into his channel is remarkable and can never get enough attention. We cannot help but to ask… where are these people disappearing to? 🤔
The story of the 2 year old stuck out to me, mainly because it could totally be plausible that the parents know what happened to the kid, maybe it was due to negligence that the kid passed on, and they didn’t wanna face the consequences and hid the body somewhere
If this story interested you, there’s several videos of the two parents talking about their missing son, I suggest watching the videos and their tones, body language and all around moods are… suspiciousness, is very VERY weird
Predators are everywhere but in this situation doubtful. The middle of nowhere with one road in, which is dirt, over 4 miles long, and described as rugged & treacherous. All 4 adults say no one else was there.
It seems more likely to me that Ettore, a multidisciplinary, knew that the direction the world was taking would lead him to be complicit in horrible things. I imagine he heard theories or ideas while in Germany that gave him a serious bout of nerves of the way Europe was going. I think he saw all this scientific and theoretical physics going towards huge amounts of violence and the death of lots of people. It's scary, to have someone's mind so active where others are dormant and the horror that those who have that opened (and understanding) kind of mind see possible 'progress' inevitably going towards human death.

And how many old men who get tired so easily go on some camping retreat? Not sayng it cant happen but on this kind of trip? Its fishy the more you look into it.
Wow I just heard the first story yesterday for the first time. After listening to the details a second time it occurred to me that.... because it was super steep and the searches commented on how they were amazed that she was able to hike down to the creek & then back out barefoot. Combined with the fact that she told her friends that she would be back by midnight. I propose that she did have difficulty hiking into and out of the creek barefooted. She knew it was getting late and she was cold and tired & didn't believe she could make it back before midnight which led her to asking someone driving down that timber road for a ride, which would have been quick & easy in a vehicle. Unfortunately for her she approached a wolf in sheep's clothing or someone who had been a normal citizen up until that point but acted extremely opportunisticly possibly for the first time in their life which could be why she initially didn't have a bad feeling about them & willingly got into their vehicle. I guess Will never know unless she shows up again to tell us otherwise or the person gets caught somehow. Being a musician myself I found this story extremely heart wrenching as from everything I've seen and heard so far she appeared to be a beautiful soul. May she have found rest, peace & happiness by this time. And if the person is still out there, how dare you be so selfish to take what isn't yours. Turn yourself in & give the family whatever closure you can. You don't want to go to the other side without showing any remorse or contrition.
WOW!! If this happened that is super fucked up!! This could have SO EASILY been prevented!! No REAL friends would allow a butt naked female wonder out of camp into the wilderness at 5pm knowing that nightfall would be coming soon!!
The DeOrr piece isn't accurate. Whoever did the research and writing actually plagiarized an article written by Rivy Lyon for allthatsinteresting. It's literally verbatim. I've followed the case for years and have watched all kinds of documentaries, interviews, interrogations, etc and Rivy's article isn't accurate. If I was going to copy anything from the Internet I'd make sure it was a reputable site first.
It's not plagiarizing if he's reading the article... Or has permission to....And I would say it's only opinion rather the info is correct or incorrect seeing a show the case has never been solved .... Nobody can say what's fact or not .....
I live in Yosemite and spent a lot of time working at tenaya lodge, and I will tell you right now, there are things you do not want to find out there and that poor girl probably stumbled across something she shouldn't have 😢
I've heard the story of Stacey Arras from numerous creditable sources and I've never once heard anyone provide the name of the old man, nor have I ever heard that he urged Stacey's father to begin the search for her. Could you please provide the source for these statements? Also, the lens cap being found was not cited in the police reports nor in any contemporary reports on the case. They in fact claimed the opposite, stating that not a single trace was found. The lens cap suddenly came into being much later, I believe in David Paulides' account. Also also, she was wearing her boots when she left. When she first told her father she was going to take pictures, she was wearing her flip flops. Then he told her she should probably change into her hiking boots and she did. The official missing persons flier from the National Park Service specified that she was wearing gray hiking boots.
Yeah, the man's name is unknown it seems and the lenscap seems to be something Paulides has made up. Of course Paulides could have interviewed someone and they misremember and said they found a lens cap. But David's work on other cases makes his contributions here called into question.
Awesome! I love these 411 stories. They are wonderful and it is 11:12 p.m. In North Carolina. Thank you so much! I love listening to you, always reed made to sleep! ❤
I had to go back and listen to that beginning again after I heard Gifford Pinchot, because I was like wait what!? We have a Gifford Pinchot State Park in Pennsylvania! But this was the national one in Washington. I didn't know there was another!
I was looking for this comment to see if anyone else knew of our little state park! We literally live 10 minutes away And I was like sure you could get lost, but it's not a large park and it's literally bordered by main roads the whole way around, you would eventually run into one. Until I realized it was another one with glaciers and stuff 😅😂
How is it not obvious that guy did something to Stacy? Why would her parents even let her go with some strange old guy? I LOVE that she was blamed because of some rumor she smoked 🙄.
This is better than the stories you tell. The stories are usually dull, obviously fake, etc. Your voice is good though so definitely giving a thumbs up on this one.
The first story feels like she wanted a cleansing bathor healed by nature that kind of thing but it turned bad as she either slipped during the bath or ended up in a hard to see place while resting. Hypothermia probably got her and a week is more than enough time for scavengers to go through the remains. Wonderful stories this channel has consistently suprised me with fresh stories over and over again. Greetings from sweden.
Her footprints and scent stopped on a logging road. My theory is that she was freezing and flagged down a passing vehicle for help. They saw a young and attractive naked girl, offered her “help,” then kidnapped her. They could’ve done awful things to her, then dumped her body somewhere. It would make sense with the tracks and scent just stopping all at once. She wouldn’t have been found because no one would be looking where this criminal opportunist dumped her body.
I keep thinking of Maurice's case... Since they were digging for minerals, would it be possible for him to have been swallowed into a small sinkhole? It was stated the search dogs kept going to that spot.
Man been listening to this guy for years at work with me ear buds it always makes my days feel outta place especially during the fall season of the year
I hear you loud and clear Jill!! Not a cold day in hell would I just sit back and let this happen!! What is f--king wrong with people?? 5pm is way to late in the day to be wondering out in the wilderness alone and being butt naked makes it all the worse!! Its almost as if something is calling these people using mind speak or something to this affect!! This case haunts me for some reason.... Im glad to see others like yourself speaking with commen sense!! PEACE
411 stories about kids, especially little, *little* ones are tragic enough, but they get me right in the gut ever since I became an aunt. The thought of anything like this happening to my brother's two baby girls, all alone, kills me.
It doesn't take much of a stream to kill a 2 year old. Source: this happened when we were camping 30 years ago this year. I was 18. The child belonged to a family friend. I'll never forget that weekend. It's also the same day i told my dad my gf was pregnant. They found his body down river a couple days later.
@smstnitc well done man, I'm sure you did the best you could even if she or you doesn't realise it. You could've flaked, you could've denied everything, but you stayed and fought instead.
I saw the documentary about little Deor and the grand pop said he was asked to keep an eye on him for a few minutes, grandpop said he was there one minute and looked away and he was gone . Also this account doesn’t mention much the fourth person camping with them who was a creepy younger friend of grandpop who claims he didn’t know him very well . Why would you invite a guy with on a camping trip with your family you didnt know that well . 🤔
Agreed. Also, it was never mentioned in the documentary that DeOrr’s parents had walked away because they were having an argument. In the docu the Mom and Dad state they walked up to the creek to fish and asked Grandpa if DeOrr could stay with him, to which the GP said he agreed to watch him.
Going barefoot and nude into the Forrest as a young 19 year old is the most stupidest thing to do but I’m surprised she made it back up the canyon but still she was not in the right mind
Dior - " all but one person had changed their stories". Whem the Police announce the parents " are not being truthful" Failing polygraph tests five times is a nad, bad sign.
Excellent production! I would personally be grateful if you said "had run" instead of the incorrect, and grating, "had ran." Other than that, your voice and reading are just the best.
David Paullides has dedicated his entire life to thousands of now missi g in State & National Parks, also missing truckers, & now missi g people with amnesia who turn up again, days, months, after going missing! 😮
Lots of things. The weather can change REALLY quickly in a lot of places, which increases your chances of being killed by the elements. This can also lead to evidence of what happened getting swept away quickly. The sheer scale of national parks means it can be easy for people with ill intentions to find victims, then slink back into the shadows. And of course, there's always the possibility that someone can run afoul of a wild animal.

Former S&R-- people often underestimate how easy it is to become lost, even yards from a road or trail.

It often baffles me when someone gawks at the possiblity of the disappearance even happening, when the area is so small or relatively clear and all that, because to me the forests are just so full of stuff, and the pattern of green, leaves, branches, twigs and such repeats over and over, it's very easy to accidentally visually tune out some important things when you were trying to tune out the unimportant things. It makes even more sense now what motivated her to go farther away from everyone. Became lost, eaten, or taken.
Great vid Lets Read!, these were very interesting cases :)
great stories!!!
Great story!
First video I've seen of yours in a very long time. I missed your delivery of stories
I live in Yosemite and spent a lot of time working at tenaya lodge, and I will tell you right now, there are things you do not want to find out there and that poor girl probably stumbled across something she shouldn't have 😢
The last story…just WOW!!!!😮
As a photographer, it's not easy for a lens cap to fall off a lens.
Paulides is a BSer. His 'account' of many cases, have discrepancies, omitted info, and sometimes have outright lying in them.
Thank you. I was looking for someone with the same concerns before I typed them out.
SO EXCITED
Love listening to missing 411 stories!!! ❤
Awesome! I love these 411 stories. They are wonderful and it is 11:12 p.m. In North Carolina. Thank you so much! I love listening to you, always reed made to sleep! ❤
Cheers 😊
Ugh that opening animation is so clean. I love it.
Yeah Maureen could've been kidnapped 😢
I keep thinking of Maurice's case... Since they were digging for minerals, would it be possible for him to have been swallowed into a small sinkhole? It was stated the search dogs kept going to that spot.
Uh why would you ever let a woman walk out into the woods naked by herself?
I mean she an adult if she really wants to do sonething so reckless you cant really stop her but still sad
I know right!! You got to love those great friends!! People fucking suck bro!!
@markpettie681 yea I don't need friends like that.her behavior definitely wasn't normal.who walks out into the wood naked.

@@markpettie681can’t blame the friends because the women was a fool and wouldn’t listen it’s her own fault she died

Just in time for my afternoon narcoleptic nap 🥰🥰😴
That first story I would have stopped her even if jr meant physically restraining her
Ye very sad story they really should have stopped her but man that was really dunb to do
I hear you loud and clear Jill!! PEACE
Her own naive attitude and stupidity got her killed
Love these.
Why, as her best friends, would they let Maureen go waltzing off freaking naked out into the woods?!
Kind of reckless of her to do that tho still very sad tho but so reckless
Right??? WTF??? UGH!!
Thanks for sharing. Good story.
Thank you so much ❤
This was one of my favorites!! Love this channel ❤
411 stories about kids, especially little, *little* ones are tragic enough, but they get me right in the gut ever since I became an aunt. The thought of anything like this happening to my brother's two baby girls, all alone, kills me.
Missing 411s are my favourite.
Missing 411 and Paranormal/Cryptid encounters are my fav 💚💚💚
Yeeeeessss my favorite topic
It doesn't take much of a stream to kill a 2 year old. Source: this happened when we were camping 30 years ago this year. I was 18. The child belonged to a family friend. I'll never forget that weekend. It's also the same day i told my dad my gf was pregnant. They found his body down river a couple days later.
Sounded like a really bad week
@@mikhailgorbachev7851 at the time it was. Nobody should be a parent by 19. But I think we did ok, she turns 30 this year
@smstnitc well done man, I'm sure you did the best you could even if she or you doesn't realise it.
I was about to say the same thing. Some of the details in this are not the correct details.
Agreed. Also, it was never mentioned in the documentary that DeOrr’s parents had walked away because they were having an argument. In the docu the Mom and Dad state they walked up to the creek to fish and asked Grandpa if DeOrr could stay with him, to which the GP said he agreed to watch him.
As a truck driver I love this channel!
Awesome! I love the new intro for the Missing 411 series!
Pretty cool intro joel
Going barefoot and nude into the Forrest as a young 19 year old is the most stupidest thing to do but I’m surprised she made it back up the canyon but still she was not in the right mind
That was awesome thx I really like that story about Ettore
Me too I need to go down that rabbit hole. Fascinating story!!
Omg!! Now I have to go down the rabbit hole...
Dior - " all but one person had changed their stories". Whem the Police announce the parents " are not being truthful" Failing polygraph tests five times is a nad, bad sign.
Cool video
Excellent production! I would personally be grateful if you said "had run" instead of the incorrect, and grating, "had ran." Other than that, your voice and reading are just the best.
yay!!!
Why do so many folks disappear without a trace while in national parks???
David Paullides has dedicated his entire life to thousands of now missi g in State & National Parks, also missing truckers, & now missi g people with amnesia who turn up again, days, months, after going missing! 😮
Lots of things. The weather can change REALLY quickly in a lot of places, which increases your chances of being killed by the elements. This can also lead to evidence of what happened getting swept away quickly. The sheer scale of national parks means it can be easy for people with ill intentions to find victims, then slink back into the shadows. And of course, there's always the possibility that someone can run afoul of a wild animal.
