I forgot to mention it in the video, but units who had 1 star (like Olwen) get minor stat boosts.
She gets +2 HP, +1 Str and +10 Fire (enough to push her to Elfire weapon level from the get-go).

Thanks for playing my mod! Sorry if the current release is still a bit outdated. I've included a link to the newer dev build in the video description. :)
Since Ced only has 2 Vigor, he just gets a free Grafcalibur and access to that Prf. Useful for nuking things without burning Forseti. Or for Asbel. He can appreciate a second tome.
It's nothing too fancy, unfortunately, but Ced being Ced, there's ... nothing really meaningful that could improve his performance, is there?
