ABT's are one of my specialties. However I really like the way that you cut the chilies, I've never seen it done that way. I may have to adapt this. Thank you sir nicely done
I love Jalapeno poppers, but I can honestly say I never thought about adding salsa to the cream cheese. Killer idea, and I am definitely going to make some of those. Thanks for sharing all your creative ideas!!!
Hey Ry, looks fantastic, I use to make stuffed jalapeno with tuna, cream cheese & chopped onions, and your usual deep fried while living in Europe, but I have never had one like you just made, looks like a masterpiece!!!👍👍👍👍👍can't wait to try them!!! Thanks a bunch!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗💞Ya!
Man I make poppers all the time. Never seen it done with a boat style. Genius Idea bout to do that tomorrow.. I am going to do my sausage and cream cheese mix.. Love it!!
@@CookingWithRy I guess we would just have to fire up a double batch... I know you like spice with flavor. Try finding pepperjack cheese in a block and grind up mix with the Mexician crumble cheese, bam. You might only get 20 they are so good...
Always a classic Ry. I love the addition or the salsa. That’s a unique twist. Nicely done. I don’t think I’ve seen those grates before either. Btw I picked up some of those tongs you always use and love them.
Hey Ry, sorry I’ve missed the last couple vids and lives, I was on vacation and am now catching up! My gosh this looks incredible! Beautiful jalapeño boats !
Just an FYI, most of the time the bigger the jalapeno the less heat, I make these all the time (without the salsa) but in Texas we call them armadillo eggs lol, great job but try them with sausage and cream cheese some time
Cooking With Ry Yes a cook book, believe it would be a walk in the park for you. Saw the link about the books you wrote..impressed. Looks like I have some reading to do, interested in October Ghost.
Seeds and ribs hold most of the heat in peppers. The oils from the ribs, aka the pith, often transfers to the seeds by contact, so even though there is little internal heat in the seeds they hold a good deal on their surface.

I like that mix you used :)
looks a really tasty, did you add any wood to the kettle?
I added a chunk of hickory :)
Man I make poppers all the time. Never seen it done with a boat style. Genius Idea bout to do that tomorrow.. I am going to do my sausage and cream cheese mix.. Love it!!
Sausage is an awesome filling :)
Very clever popperfilling. Need to try that :)
Sounds delicious. Gotta try the salsa mix
I like doing them this way, we usually slice them in half so that we "get" twice as many poppers. Smokey cream cheese is awesome.
Really love making these. They’re my oldest daughters request all the time. I’ll be doing them soon I’m sure lol. Looked delicious, Ry!
Thanks!
That's a great idea adding the salsa. I like poppers ok but I have always felt like they needed more. This is it for sure.
Love me some poppers and those looked great. I have popper pan that will hold 40 of them. Great cook friend...
I can eat the 40. What will you eat? ;)
@@CookingWithRy I guess we would just have to fire up a double batch... I know you like spice with flavor. Try finding pepperjack cheese in a block and grind up mix with the Mexician crumble cheese, bam. You might only get 20 they are so good...
they look great, we do whole capsicums stuffed with mince and on the weber, awesome video my friend !
Thanks!
Looks delicious!! Love you're videos ! Keep em coming.
Thanks!
Wow, those look good. I have an over abundance of chili peppers I just harvested, so I will use those. Hopefully They are large enough.
Awesome poppers, just perfect with a cold brew. Did you cut a channel in your kettle wall for the probe cord?
I did. I made a video about it a while back :)
Looks delicious! Making these for my husband !
Grapefruit spoon works awesome for that
Good video Ry. I always cut the ribs, from any pepper with a paring knife. Even bell peppers. The stuff has a bitter taste.
Yeah I like to scrape those off :)
Hey buddy thanks for the new idea i love it that is awesome! Solves the problem of lost filling lol
Gotta hang onto that filling!
ry all your videos are all amazing i need to try them all

Those tings are the best I’ve ever had and for years I never knew what they were until one of my viewers told me :)
What high heat gloves do you recommend?
Going through emotional times with a girl right now, this amazing video cured, my sadness.
You are the man! Awesome video buddy
Thanks!
Looks delicious! Going to try soon.
I jave not done jalapeno poppers in a while. I will do these soon! 👍
Awesome, I made them and they were great. Definitely where gloves when you prepare them. I learned the hard way.
I've been there. The eye touch is the worst :)
Those look delicious. 🥓🌶
Thanks!
I like poppers...I like em.breaded, and deep fried, is,there any way to keep the breading to stick to the pepper, can u do one on those kind?
I’ll consider it. I’ve done them before and the key I’ve found is chilling them after breading :)
I had a brain storm....what if you roughed up the exterior of the pepper, with a grater or something to give the breading something to stick to......
mike bausman That might help but it could also release moisture which can hinder the stickiness of the coating :)
Looks Awesome, I did Texas twinkies today on my kettle, turned out badass..
))These look so good great job on the poppers. Forgot to tell you that the new grate looks fantastic.
Yeah so far I’m really liking it :)
Definitely killer. I've got to give that a try. Thank you for sharing
Thanks!
That looks so good, you're killing me! Yummy!!
Omg, this guy's brother made the Dream Omelette on the Onion. Great looking recipe, no keys needed.
I Love These
Happy mothers day
Looks delicious RY massive jalapenos I'm going to have to try this!!
I was so happy they had some bigger ones at the store :)
@@CookingWithRy I know good peppers are hard to find like that.
Hey Ry, sorry I’ve missed the last couple vids and lives, I was on vacation and am now catching up! My gosh this looks incredible! Beautiful jalapeño boats !
Hey you’ve gotta live life, my friend :)
Love the music on this one
Thanks!
Try bacon wrapped Brussel sprouts sometime if you haven't already. Ridiculously good, and I usually don't even like Brussel sprouts.
I think I may have actually done a video on that. So good :)
Cooking With Ry you could wrap bacon around a cell phone, eat it, and it would be good.
waiting on that grill grate to arrive next week! I Also have the SnS
Nice!
I would use a bbq sauce for glaze at the end, Nice video
Nice lower carb snack!
I like it ,Great video sir!!!

I love Armadillo Eggs :)
My Favorite 😋
Man you making me hungry.
FYI, I use a grapefruit spoon, works out pretty good
Add Salsa, bacon and cheddar cheese to the cream cheese...THEN wrap in bacon...Ur welcome♡
Ps...Your recipe is awesome ♡
Si señor..
RY, sorry haven't gone completely through your post's, have you written a book?
A cook book? Not yet. But I've written many other books. I have info about them here: rynedouglaspearson.com/ :)

That was a fun one to write. So long ago :)
Mmmm how about a stuffed sausage?
I can handle that :)
Those would of gone good with the movie I watched tonight "Mercury Rising "
LOL! I think I remember that :)
In Texas jalapeño’s are eye drops lol 😂.
The seeds is what keeps the heat haha

Jalapeno bobsleds
Man I need to order a rack of ribs from you what u charging??
Jalapeno poppers are SO GOOD but I hate actually making them, so tedious.
Yeah it’s a bit easier just ordering them in a restaurant :)
Thinking cheddar cheese would be better but that is just me.
You could certainly change it up. That would work perfectly :)
Uh cream cheese, I cant watch.
I'll put mine up against yours any day.
Okay...I guess.
