My CWWK AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS 9 Bay NAS Board BAD or is it me?

OK folks I still can't get this board to work, Just thought I would throw in a quick video as I was asked to do.
Used 3 sets of RAM same problem.
Use 2 PSUs and will do another Saturday.
If that don't work I will give up and CWWK can solve it.
Need Help!!!!
