I use it for 3 years, bose700 with android Bose app successful connecting on 2 google pixel phones. I had to replace my Bose700 on replacement plane, just opened a brand new pair of Bose700, and to surprise same phone same app and same account. its not connecting to app. im not going to return it. but seems like there is a bug connecting apps in a new ones.
Have the same issue with two different android phones (madness), they do connect and work properly with Windows and iOS though. Did you eventually sort it?
We had a similar experience, eventually it did connect properly but we get a popup every time it’s switched on on the Android phone as if it’s asking to make a new connection

I also had same problem here but after I unpaired all Bose Devices with my android phone and tried pairing with 700 nc again , it work then.
Same thing happened with my ss ultra 22 . But with my iphone it worked perfectly...I think it's just not android compatible
