It’s the cold start injector, I took mine off and shit does same thing, on initial start up crack throttle plates open crank, wait for first bang then hit the gas catch it and as soon as I catch it send the revs past 2k and leave there for at least 6 seconds then let go of gas, you have now tricked your computer into thinking your csi is working and will now drive fine without any codes. Took me a while to figure out the procedure but now it cured all the driving issues I was having.

If you have a fuel injection engine, you could need a new fuel filter or it could be the oxygen sensor?

I believe it was the cold start injector. However, i did not get to finish the repairs before it was sold.
Looks like your cold start injector is bad.
