Blake, you are an excellent speaker and I enjoyed listening. Most people believe that the NSA warrantless wiretapping is a violation of the 4th amendment but can't explain the details. You are spot on when you claim that these general warrants are contrary to freedom. I was also pleased to learn about the narrow vs expansive model. Keep up the good work!

I appreciate your premise that there's more than one way to conceptualize NSA surveillance, as well as your emphasis on the need to consider 4th Amendment exceptions when determining the constitutionality of NSA activities.
Hmm,🤔, With the extensive knowledge I can perceive , I wonder if I may have broken some laws , because I do comment to posts I see on the internet . Um some of the subjects I comment on are technical in nature . Radio , space weather , military knowledge . And some private experiences of my own . And then there are political opinions I render , because I believe in this country so much . Be that as it may , the political climate has not been conducive to truth as I see it . And I wonder if I haven’t crossed the line sometimes . Um , the internet is international . I see handles , but I think that some of those handles are nefarious . There is no indication of FRIEND or FOE in that handle . We need clearer identification of our adversaries , so as to avoid getting caught up in this constitutional conflict . Thank you sir .
