Why so many hates to Cousins. He actually doing just fine, he scored almost all Wuxi points. The reason Wuxi lost was because Cousins' teammates didnt step up and LET TEN 2 POINTS SLIDE 😅
Crazy ain't it? Cousins winning and all you can find is 2 minute clips and no comments. Cousins losing and the whole game pops up without you looking for it and it's full of hate and blame comments. Crazy. And they wonder why he always played angry. Just Crazy
@@myversion5923 i really hope he sticks around. 3x3 has much more space, giving fast players more chance. But he can bully all day for the certain points. Like Shaq in the NBA. If they can get comfortable and learn the defensive schemes, it's going to change the game
I definitely think Cousins is incredibly efficient on offense--even in 3x3 terms. The issue is that he's a total liability on the defensive perimeter. He can't switch, he can't run out to contest. He can entirely shut down the lane in a way nobody else in the history of the World Tour has ever come even close to doing...but that doesn't matter when the opposing offense can drain 2's and is effectively able to play 3-on-2 on the perimeter. Cousins could absolutely dominate this sport if he improved his conditioning...but based on his attitude throughout this tournament, I doubt he'll bother to stick around and try.
the reason this team got a chance : cousins the reasons this team lose also cousins but he is goat though, playing Full time wiithout subtitute but also without D
If you can't defend the perimeter well, no way you're winning the chip. Boogie needs to shed the weight and work on his endurance to be truly dominant in 3X3.
This game against Amsterdam synthesizes the reason why Cousins has no space in NBA anymore. He is a super dominant force inside the paint but at the same time too slow/heavy to defend out in the 3 point arc area. In my opinion this is not the most beautiful style of playing (most of FGs were from outside the arc - like Amsterdam did) but undoubtedly a super effective one.
Cousins is very large and bulky, but I am disappointed in his skill set. I watched him with Golden State for one season, and he consistently was disappointing. I think he tries to use brute force in place of body control, athleticism and skills.
He was absolutely unstoppable inside on offense and was able to shut down the lane on defense in a way we've never seen in this sport...but he's a massive liability on perimeter defense. If he can't shoot the lights out from 2 and make his free throws, even his very obvious dominance inside isn't enough to make him a viable player on a top-tier 3x3 team.
@@homeboiUH I think you're wrong because FIBA basketball involves much faster running and player movement, as well as setting up 10 times more screens than in Ice Cube's league. In addition, FIBA basketball emphasizes defense and complex combinations, while in Ice Cube's league, they mostly just shoot and walk, and everything happens much more slowly. and they play real D and want to win
@@antieverything1 There are more talented players than Boogie in big 3 league.. If Boogie alone is unstoppable let suppose an entire Team from this league..
Because a lot of the top guys playing in the professional leagues in Asia are from North America. Cousins lives in Asia...playing for a North American team would be weird. World Tour events aren't national team competitions...if you want to see people representing their nation watch the 3x3 World Cup or the continental tournaments.

Amsterdam had to shoot lights out to squeak out the win. Cousins is going to be a problem.
assuming he bothers to stick around. His attitude throughout this tournament indicates that he doesn't seem to be enjoying himself very much.
@@antieverything1 his attitude in the nba is almost the same too.. difference is they pay more there
very difficult to win in 3x3 without 2pt shots behind the line, you need twice more possessions for the same score

absolutely with 2 man only defense on the outside perimeter, this big bogey doesnt run but walk on defense

great game!

bruh the 2 pt shooting % amsterdam is actually crazy
What would the score have been if Worthy had participated?

Okay we need to put embiid to stop this guy now
One thing cousins learned from the nba is how to become a flop artist
thanks for the spoiler title

Title is bit misleading although right. There is just one player in Amsterodam from that Olympics gold medal team.
That’s why It says champ and not champs
Title is more like spoiler alert 😂 game was exciting but you already know who won 😌
