How to Accept, Love, and Motivate the Phlegmatic

In this episode, we look at the Phlegmatic temperament, the strengths and weaknesses it brings to relationships, and how we can lean into the motivations of our Phlegmatic loved ones to help them be more authentic with those closest to them.
While there is nothing wrong with being people-oriented and relationship-driven, the desire to not experience conflict or express their emotion can create an imbalance in a relationship.
