Read 'Why you act the way you do' by Tim Laye. He described the temperament nature of human very well.
The book changed my life. The blessed part is that the author kept emphasizing how important the Holy Spirit was for balance notwithstanding the temperament.

Everyone has a portion of each temperament. You can't be a full melancholy, sanguine, choleric and phlegmatic. Two of it that you developed will be dominant while the others will be recessive. Read this book by Tim Laye "Why you act the way you do". It will help you know how you relate with human.

Over the Years, I alwys asked myself! Why I'm so hard on myself, why I alwyz find fault in everything 😪 why if I have issues with people, they usually never bothered to call me or want me back, all my exes wen we had quarrel alwys accused me that I'm too hard on them, I don't appreciate them, I looked down on them & I wondered whenever we broke up, they will be very happy & blocked me everywhere & nvr make frds with me again😭💔 Now I know I'M A MELANCHOLY & nvr knw! I didn't know how key it was to know and understand oneself until I watched this. I'm a MelPhleg, but stronger on the Mel.. and I've been so hard on myself and blame myself a lot that it was driving me into depression ..
Please let's not just watch this but share as well
Let's know that it is only God that can change us.. So let's lean to God to receive strength and Grace to overcome our various personality and personal weaknesses... and His grace and Wisdom on how to harness our Strengths for His glory..and his Kingdom ... we have eternity in mind😍.
And if you're sharing to an unbeliever be sure to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to them.. no amount of motivational talk can change a person but Christ, so teach them give themselves to Christ and to lean in to the Holy Spirit to help them overcome their weaknesses not just those "you can do it" motivations
For my Mels here 😃👋🏾, this song by for KING & COUNTRY titled "Control" really taught me that, I have to learn to GIVE UP CONTROL to God.. I won't always get it PERFECT, so in all my plannings, I have to give up Control to God, and be FLEXIBLE to His leadings🙏🏾.
