This is separate from any billing information established in your Shopify store. The balance in AutoDS is specifically for order fulfillment through the ‘Fulfilled by AutoDS’ service. When you load balance to your AutoDS account, it allows the system to process everything for you. The entire life span of the order will be handled for you: placing the order, updating tracking, and processing a return label when needed.

FYI - There is no way to get the load balance back once they get it. If you cancel, they will keep it!

SO when I topup my LOAD BALANCE in auto DS to do everything for me. I get charged 29 dollars for 1 product ordered from Amazon now will the 29 dollars come back to me or a part of the profit I get for a sale or this is just another cost which i will need to adjust my pricing for me to be able to get a good profit. It doesnt make any sense if I need to pay 29 dollars load balance per order then my profit on that particular product is only 12 dollars. Just doesnt make any sense and not a good way to do business.. please answer

Hi there, I don't sure if I understand. By using Fulfilled by AutoDS, you don't need to login to Amazon to fulfill the order. You can simply process it within AutoDS and the order will be fulfilled in Amazon. If you are selling products, make sure you apply a good profit margin that will shoulder the cost of shipping.
Once you scale your business and have a proper profit margin, you will soon won't mind paying those fees. Good luck!

There is no upcost to using the shipping function? The credits are pretty much for purchasing the product so auto-ds can ship?
Credits= -1 credit per auto order they do
Balance = the money used to buy the product they purchased for auto ship
Refill balance with your money you made from your profits
Rinse and repeat

How long does it take to go from ordered to shipping ? My first order got an estimate arrival for tommorrow but it was ordered yesterday morning and it hasn’t be shipped , i got the fullfill by auto ds im concerned because the store is not far from the customer and they ordered same product from the supplier and it got there within 2 days

In AutoDS, go to settings, find shipping settings, set a default item location, and save changes.

Hi there, AutoDS does not handle the money that your customers pay. Those payments go to your selling channel, so you might need to check your payout schedule with them. Though you might need to wait, you can fulfill orders anytime in AutoDS so they are shipped right away by your suppliers.

Hi there, it depends where your supplier is shipping from, so it is important to partner with suppliers that is based in your target country. We have filters in AutoDS you can use to see suppliers per country.

As far as I understand, I'm concerned about the $29 charge when you top-up your load balance in AutoDS and whether or not this fee will be refunded or included in my profit for a sale.
Note that the $29 fee is a separate cost that I will need to adjust my pricing for to ensure a good profit. Unfortunately, this fee is not refundable and is a necessary cost for using the AutoDS platform.
Example I only earn $12 profit to an amazon product then everytime theres an order I have to load balace $29 for each product to be processed? please clarify this is confusing for me and not a good way to make money .

So by disabling the tracking conversion the customer the customer won’t get a tracking number at all? But they will still get deliver by the carrier the supplier uses?

Why are variants counted as individual products. It says I can upload 100 products but because 1 product has 5
variations as in colour/size yous count that as 5 products uploaded to store. So in reality i can only upload 20 because each product has different variations. That makes no sense.

Hi there, there is no option in AutoDS at this time but you can place a draft order from your selling platform, and mark it as paid so it syncs to AutoDS. You will pay for the item from the supplier from there.

Hi! I'm unsure by what you mean but when customers pay on checkout the money goes to the bank tied in your selling channel. So we don't collect customer payments and would need to fulfill the order in AutoDS by adding store credits or manually fulfilling using your buyer account. I have a product on auto ds that has been ordered for a couple days now. Where do I go to get the tracking ID and carrier, also once the buy order updates it says "FBA Order". The tracking and carrier have not updated on auto ds

You should seriously let us add our own amount to our balance.
Cause this minimum of $50 is stressing me out and making me not continue. I mean you already took out $200 from my account the first month how am I supposed to feel confident about staying here??
Edit: Gonna be spending $300 this month on this app and I’ve only made $10 dollars off profit. 😂 like come on. You can atleast let us load our own balance price.
Hello! Once your business starts rolling and the sales pour in, the $50 will quickly become $100 and even $500 per balance load, that’s the fun part about scaling.
