    i got auto fulfillment but the buyer account is a different email to what i logged in with, the buy id says FBA order although i ordered through ali express, estimated arrival date is the next day after the product was ordered although it said 5 day delivery on aliexpress, did not recieve an order confirmation email, and i got charged $10 more than the ali express listing says.

    On the item that you are manually fulfilling, can you place personalization information for a product on the "Note" section? Is this going to be sent to the supplier?

    Say I am using AliExpress exclusively as my supplier. When orders show up on my dash board do I have to click each order ID for each order separately, or is there a way to just select all and then pay the invoice amount for all orders at once?

      Hello! Yes, you understood correctly. AutoDS does provide an automatic ordering system. When a customer places an order in your store, AutoDS will automatically place the order with your supplier and handle the payment process using the funds you’ve added to your portal. This is part of our “Fulfilled by AutoDS” service.

    How long does it take for AutoDS to recognize a new order coming in from a selling channel (in this case Amazon). I've got time to work on this today and have gotten 3 new orders on Amazon over an hour ago and they havent shown up yet on my AutoDS hub to process. Is there a typical delay time to keep in mind?

    Thanka for your deep explanation. My issue with autods as i have been using it recently is that when someone order more than 1 item from my store ( it is obvious that they are assigned with one order number in shopify) however in Autods you see it as multiple orders.. also it dosent show the order number that you have on shopify

    Is there a way to not have to ship every item and type everything? I'm not sure I will have time to do that especially if I'm trying to sell a lot of an item.

    Is it possible to order samples products to test on auto ds?

      Hi there, you can but you will have to create an order from your online selling channel so it syncs to AutoDS. You can try creating a draft order with your information, you can mark it as paid in Shopify admin without actually paying it on Shopify checkout so it syncs to AutoDS and pay the item to the supplier for shipping.

    So I I have probably 20 orders that are not filled. error says I need to complete customers full address but when I do and click save it pops up another error saying I can’t edit the order status

    Hi, I need urgent help. I got an order from a specific guy who ordered 4 of the same product. I’m trying to fulfill his order but under “status” on his order it comes up with “Error”…. It says that it says this because “the total price of the order 235.55 on the buy site is higher than the maximum purchase order price you have set 155.76. You can force order it to ignore the setting by choosing ‘Send to Auto Order.’ I have clicked this multiple times but it still isn’t fulfilling his order. What can I do to fix this?

      Hey there! In dropshipping, you don't have to buy the product yourself upfront.
      Here's how it works: You list a product on your online store from a supplier. When a customer places an order, you then purchase the product from the supplier, who ships it directly to the customer. You only order the product from the supplier after you've already secured payment from the customer. Hope that clears things up! 😊

    What does insufficient means when a customer orders?

      Hi there, you might need to load your balance. A sufficient Balance is not based on the actual price of your orders. It is based on the Maximum Buy Price of your products. Your balance must be sufficient for all orders that are In Progress.
