I'm using the trial now and I really want to stay but there's an extra $8 monthly fee for the fulfillment service (ok fine), a 4% fee to load my balance (hmm) and a .35 fee for "credits" for every item sold (??). After taxes the already slim margin on dropshipping is cut in half on fees alone. So if I sell and item for $10 with a 15% margin I'm making around .25 after taxes and fees. This isn't taking the $16 monthly fees into account. I'd have to sell 64 items to break even every month?
The amount of items you need to sell to break-even depends on your profit settings. Some dropshippers work with 10% profit margins, while others work with 30-40% and up. Don't try to kill the competition with your pricing. Sell better products with a smarter marketing angle to get more sales with higher profits.
Also, you can add automatic orders after you get a few sales per day. It's completely up to you how you want to manage your cashflow, but be sure that this is the smallest investment you'll need to make to create and manage a business, and there are many that are doing it successfully.

I was chatting with AutoDS support today asking them how the fulfilment service is dealing with Door Dash deliveries from Walmart.? After some ping pong back and forth I was told that your developers are "working" on converting tracking #s to BCE. This surprises me because the Door Dash delivers have been going on for months already...

@@AutoDS If I dropship a bottle of lotion for instance from Walmart, they will most likely use Door Dash to deliver the item to the buyer if he happens to live close to a Wall Mart center in the US. I'm really surprised that AutoDS seems to be oblivious to this practice that has been going on for several months already.?

If your order shows "Ordered" on AutoDS, it's been automatically processed, charged, and updated in your account. 😊

I'm dropshiping products on eBay from AliExpress by using AutoDS.
I use the AutoDS tool "Auto Order Fulfill by AutoDS". A buyer puechase two variation of one product on eBay. After this order came, AutoDS buy only one variated product, but the another variated product says error messge of "invalid address". I'm so worry about this, Because due to this problem my business will get down.
I chat them on live and created a ticket also for this issue. But nothing happen to me and they don't tell any solutions for this.
What I want to do for this?

When the order is placed and auto ds automatically orders it I see that the buyer is charged a shipping fee. What if the shipping is different rates set up on our store and the amazon supplier?
Please refer to your shipping policy on eBay and see which policy you are using for your items. Perhaps your shipping policy has a shipping price, instead of offering 'free shipping', and that is why
your buyers are paying a shipping price.

I had the exact same problem and even they couldn't help me and when nothing ever worked I asked for my money back and was basically in so many words told I would need to go to Israel for an arbitration hearing. This is a joke if something doesn't go right you are the one screwed not AutoDS, they cover they ass by staying as an overseas company. There practices would t fly here in America's courts

Yes, you should wait until the order is shipped.
As soon as it got shipped with tracking details, it'll be updated on your eBay store, which means it'll also be updated as shipped.

So if a customer buys one of my products and I have no credit balance on my autoDS account the order won’t process? Also if my product is bought 6 times do I need enough credit to cover the items six times on autoDS as well?

For your question about credits, f the product was bought from 6 different people, that is six different orders, and you will need to have enough credits to process them

Stock/price monitoring and adding products to the fb marketplace is semi-automated with AutoDS. Orders, however, are not automated since Facebook doesn't allow API connections at this point.

@@AutoDS I used chat to talk to someone who couldn't help me either. I was told by 2 different people that my money could not be refund per y'all terms and agreements I was told. They send me a copy of the terms which was completely different than the one I agreed to when making purchase. I have screenshots of both. The one I agreed to said payments toward balance could be refunded within 24 hours but not after. I was asking for a refund after 12 hours. Also found out if I wanted an arbitration hearing I would have to go to Israel. I've never left the US how you figure I can come to Israel for a arbitration hearing.

@@Bashasha1 absolutely no help from them. They say that the money is tied up in the stores accounts that I drop ship from but I didn't link anything and they can't even tell me what stores. It has been a few months and I have gotten no where with them and as soon as I told them I would start telling my story I never heard back from them at all. I'm in contact with a local news station in Houston, Texas about doing a possible news story on this because apparently I'm not the only one with this issue. Houston has almost 7 million people in the viewing area so hopefully at least half a million people will see it on the news and Lord knows how many will see it once it hits the internet. Lol. All I did was ask for my money back and had they gave me my measly $200 I would have disappeared and no one ever would've known but they were too prideful I guess.

For example, I am dropshipping from wayfair and someone buys a couch for $2000 and on wayfair it's $1500. Nw when that money is floating around, the cost for the product on wayfair is seperated and that profits just go to me. Is that what you are saying in the video?

I was just about to add Balance after watching this video , i was going to use Payoneer .. your video claims 0% fee on payoneer balance .. but mine is showing 3% fee...why?

Now this -There is an Order that sold on March 2nd and the order was placed by Autods but never shipped. i then manually added the tracking which Autods had but never applied to the order . Now it says awaiting package! What's going on? I signed up to have all my orders automated but 2 weeks in with no sale and then already a problem!! I didn't sign up for trouble! On top of it There is No chat available EVER Quite frustrating . I wanted to have a smooth account with you guys but it has started off bumpy.
How does autods charge for the product they ordered from the supplier, from our account or from us ، is that from my payoneer account , and is it after or before receiving the buyer money
Hey, it may depend on how you set up your auto order settings.
You can use the Fulfilled by AutoDS Service from which our accounts will be used in purchasing the orders.
What you'll need to do is to load your AutoDS account and we will process everything for you.

If the supplier cancels your order on your buyer account due to “unusual activity” will autods try to automatically purchase again with another buyer account for the same supplier?

and also add credits
The balance is used to pay the supplier, and the credits are for the automation, so you don't have to order the product manually

3 returns allowed per every 100 orders. An almost impossible feat, I might have to leave the service, can´t do business with no returns.

We don't limit your returns. However, if you have a substantial amount, it can be limited.
In general, you should dropship high-quality products to reduce your returns.
Staying below the 5% mark shouldn't be an issue. Having returns above that on eBay can also result in below standard seller metrics which is something you want to avoid.
what about sales tax? does sales tax still apply?
