That was me when I was doing theater. I had more costumes changes than the headliners and always multiple roles. Sometimes so many they were able to thread them together, change the names to just one and create a new character the audience can follow in the background that has a full arch to follow as well. Glory Days and all that.
Good God! Whose torturous scheme was it to put one woman through all of _that?!_ As someone that's had had some truly horrendous changes, I could definitely feel the stress! I once had a costume change the length of a single song, but I was changing out of a costume custom-made for me to perform Electra's role in "You Gotta Get a Gimmick" from _Gypsy._ In retrospect, it was probably the most dangerous costuming I'd ever worn: The hair lit up, the waist lit up, and the chest lit up, each with switches to control it all that ran down the back of my arms to a massive battery pack that looked like a pipe bomb strapped to my back. It took almost a half-hour to put it on and ensure it was working and it somehow only took _a team of six carefully-choreographed assistants_ four minutes to take it all off and put me in the next look.
Hmmmm she shouldn’t have as many roles… even with the kind of talent and caliber she has… no one should juggle as many work or positions unless one was exploited…. Just saying….
This was ASTOUNDING! How did Ms. Tan have the energy to run from one character to the next? Just an amazing team of people assisting her!
Thanks for this! Was wondering how y’all did it cos she had so many roles to play!! Hats off to the wonderful team behind this 🎉
Wow and wow.
Incredible! Seamless when I saw it on stage

Poor woman, why don't you have her play Toto too? I hope she's making bank!
