I have to say that experiencing the museum in person is absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to meet everyone and lucky enough to live close by and even see Kaplan at the gym often. Such a great guy. A true gentleman.

Had a thought...i was sittin here thinkin how bad i wished i lived close enough to visit your museum, and i had an idea,...have you ever thought of making a series of well produced hard back coffee table size books of nothing but pictures of every bike in your museum and offering them online to folks across the country that may not ever be able to see your museum in person? Maybe each volune costing around $20 to $30? ....just a thought. Love the videos brother! God bless America!

I love old open valve train motors. I know a guy who has a home built airplane single seat open cockpit ultra light sport looking plane that some college kid built with his own plans in the 1940s using a old Harley open valve motor spinning the prop. Yes the plane does fly it never flew until 2019 when my buddy gpt it and got it back into flight condition and man this thing sounds so sweet as well. I think that wpuld make a good piece I your museum

1:45 My eyes lit right up when I spotted that Servi-Car! Awesome!
I have a few friends that have them, and those bikes/trikes rock.
They'll lean em' up on 2 wheels - like some of us do with ATCs. It's hilarious.
GREAT Job with all of the most recent work on the museum bro, the place is as rad as it gets!

Hey Ken as a 81 Honda Twinstar owner of 30 years myself ,it's great to see that little somewhat obscure bike as they only made it for 3 years ,that its awesome to know it has a place in the museum ,and ya when i take mine to show and shines, i get the same responses ..like oh i had that same bike as a kid.or he'll turn to the girlfriend that's my very first bike ..i had one guys say he'd never seen it as a bagger ,as mine has a Rooster fairing on it and shoei hard bags on it ..Oh im still looking for a decent front fender for my old kid ..lol just thought id throw that in there lol.

I wish I had every bike I ever owned, from the first Gilera 50cc when I was 12, but I sold them for next to nothing, TS100 for £100, XL 185 for £120, etc etc, not having anywhere to keep them makes you part with them, you don't have that problem. lovely bikes, lovely building and display. . . PS what's your favourite TV show ?

It's a beautiful place you have there Ken, I know you've put a lot of hard work n no doubt some Dollar too over the yrs!! But I take my hat off to you all you've deserved the results! Fantastic! Well done!
My 2008 FXDSE2 SE CVO 110 Custom Dyna's off the road again at the min till I got the £'ss to buy a new rear tire as had a damn rivet go right thro the bloody centre of it!! Gonna get a front too, I use Avon's, 180/55 ZR17 Storm on back and I ain't keen onCobra's so gonna fit a Avon Roadrider on the front 90/90-21 54V should be loads better I think! And need to replace steering lock complete, as it screwed up after I'd ridden it last and locked it up, so was in the locked position and couldn't get the lock out,so lost my rag, butchered the barrel and I paid a mate £10 to use a hacksaw blade only by hand to saw the hardened pin that goes down n located in bottom tree hole, it took him over an HR and a half to get thro it, as only about a 4/5mm gap to get in between the bottom of the steering head and top of bottom tree, I couldn't face standing there that long gettin sore hands n fingures! He he. Big hole in the side of frame now, untill I fit a new unit! That should be easy, I hope!
I'm amazed my 110's still running ok just, it vibrates no end the pistons are that loose in the bores after it overheated, due to varying reasons about 2/3 yrs ago it took me £1300 and 5mths to have the money to "bodge" the Top end, I could only afford to re- ring it, Pinion shaft runout was 0.007" when I checked before anything else, but impossible to afford complete motor rebuild £6K min inc' Primary, stupid money! Had to replace the 255's cams, lifters, brgs, but oil pump and camplate were all ok within specs, so must have done something right after I'd lifted the motor out cleaned it all up, fitted few parts ngaskets bolted back in, still goin!! The Thundetmax I'd fitted really helps along with K.n P high flow billet re useable oil filter too, got a few degrees down more straight up, I highly recommend one, pricey but it's definitely helped! Oh well gotta sell another of my small guitar collection to buy parts for bike get back on the road soon I hope! Had to sell four of my electric guitars last time and now think it's gonna be my beloved 1982 MIJ Washburn HB35DL Semi Hollow body electric on fantastic condition a and becoming very rare, but doubt i' get top price for it todays, a good few hundred I hope!
    All the he.best,
    Andy,
    England

I'm 57 too" mann Jurassic classic checking out this video is like a time capsule reminds me of the days of my old taco mini bike with a five horse Briggs then to the strip down gt80 Enduro to the YZ 100 and yes I had that 175 jug online bought it from the sun of the Yamaha dealer who raced and made it a pit bike and was transitioning from 80 to 125s we had this 100 all tricked out with DG stuff and we got the 175 jug slapped it on there man what a difference second gear hole shots put a set of 80 rims on it so basically from afar it looked like an 80 but it was really a 175 I raced it when it was a 100 in the 80 class till I got caught a guy looked right on the air-cooled cylinder head and said this says 98 CC's not 79 this is not an 80 I told him oops hate when that happens then to the big bad makos the 78 mako Magnum 250 wasn't insane bike back in the '80s I think I paid $500 for it it needed nothing then got a 82 or 83 frame and stuck the 78 motor in it because the frame came without an engine and I wound up trading the Seiko dive watch automatic and a gold chain when gold was cheap cheap for that frame to put my motor in had a notch to swing arm in the back to get it to fit on the single shock maico I'd love to have another alpha or sand spider 250 or 490 I like those years from about 75 to like 83 just before m-star took over " I'd love to have an early '70s Husqvarna like a 390I remember riding one as a kid when I had my 80 and it wasn't very much taller it only had a couple inches of suspension and nowadays it's about all I can do is to throw my leg over something like thatsince I don't do the ballistic freestyle anymore too many broken parts too many pins plates and screws and rods put me back together over the years mainly from a 1989 xt600 Enduro which I had for a few months before I got turned into a bumper sticker buy an eye doctor who couldn't see how ironic love to see all the old bikes though man what memories some of the best years in life back in the day" if I only knew what I knew now back then how much all those rare collectibles would be kind of like my 68 charger SE with every option when back in the '80s you could buy these cars for next to nothing and now they're going for Megabucks especially matching number cars and bikes

I remember seeing 3 wheeler kits for dirt bikes back in the 80"s too , but we know about how squirrely three-wheelers were " but then honda came out with the big bore 250 stroker , some people were stopping 500s in those three wheelers they had a death wish the YZ would have been pretty cool as a three-wheeler with a lower center of gravity but I was still into the catch big air days and not trail putting'

DAMN! I think the only bike he didn't go over was the Honda CT trail 70 (with funky handlebars). Was my first motorcycle. Mine was a 3 speed (down shifts) automatic. Bike was built like a tank! LOL
