As a 30 year old i knew boomers would have to start chasing yield soon thats why i bought nothing but reits and SCHD pretty much last 6 months of 2023-until now everything prior too that was straight into qqq and mag 7 2021-2023 july it was very easy to see….

If rates come down and the economy hangs in there (doesn't enter recession), it's time for small caps and more cyclical mid/large caps to outperform.
