I have used my DJI pocket 2 as well for most of my show, vlogs etc. I do a lot of festivals and some indoor stuff as well. my Gopro had issues or I would put it on a gimbal (GP hero 7 though) the pocket 2 has been great, I hope they come out with a Pocket 3.

Yes, the colab was good. You know, Scotty Makes Stuff also makes a unit for the DJI Pocket 2 that has a spring-loaded arm that smooths out walking "bumps" a lot. It adds some noticeable size and a little weight to the total rig but if you want buttery smooth walking shots, it is the way to go. I think they also make a similar unit that works with a GoPro.
Awesome video! Very informative! I like the interview style to see all kinds of different content creators prospective. I use to vlog with a dslr because that’s what I thought I wanted but over the years I have moved to simpler setups like a smart phone, a GoPro hero 9 and the insta360 go 2. Small, simple, quick and easy setups are a must to focus more on the story of the content instead of focusing on the gear to create the shot. Great video!

I actually bought the 4 axis stabilizer before the case. I found that I spent too much time fiddling with it most of that time and it really didn’t help much for the shooting style that so do. I also try to keep the profile of my camera as small and simple as possible as I am constantly moving and want a compact form factor. The wide angle lens helps a lot.
Scotty Makes Stuff is incredible. Scotty was the inventor of the Z axis stabilizer for the Pocket. Lots of Chinese copies are for sale very cheaply but none of them work very well, while Scotty's original works brilliantly. I learned by buying Chinese knock-offs until I discovered Scotty Makes Stuff. No need for their Pro version, the smaller original is all most of us ever need. And I concur that the Pocket is a superb vlogging choice, especially in lower light.

That's a good question! I don't think he's tried that 4th axis product. I'm interested in it myself, but it appears to be out of stock.

we are just learning a lot at the moment...why would you shoot in 30 fps but export 24? why not shoot 24?
Shooting at a higher frame rate like 30 or 60 and exporting in 24 let’s you slow down that footage.
