shot on a canon 814, used daylight 50D film, please view in best quality shot in NSW & VIC in AUSTRALIA this video features friends & scenic places. insta @domxgreen
where did you get it processed and transferred? Looking for recommendations. Im in australia too and places that process are far and few between. I have a Yashica Super800 Electro and a Bolex 16mm Reflex.
Just bought my first Super8 camera and roll (canon 814 and vision3 50D) because of this video :) Can you tell me if this video is edited? Just so that I don´t get my expectations so high ahahah
no this is not edited at all, I even did not edit the clips i just put soundtrack behind it, I used the same camera as you and 50D film hope you enjoy it ;)
Actually it's "Home" by Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. The version in the vid is a cover by Tom Rosenthal: soundcloud.com/adrian-bliss-2/tom-rosenthal-home-cover
what did you capture the film with? I use a Wolverine F2D to capture at 20fps, and use Shotcut to make it native 18fps. In this way the film never gets interpolated to 30 or 60. In Shotcut: after capturing, Create a custom video mode: - Settings->Video Mode->Custom->Add - Make sure the “Frames/sec” field is set to 18. - Set the video mode to your new custom mode. - Open the file you want to convert. - In the Properties panel, set the speed to 0.9x.

thanks
which song? video is
Home - Edward Sharpe maybe alternate version or cover but
Why did you upload this at 60fps? 8mm film is 18fps!
timeline mistake should still look the same bc the footage is shot at 18fps i can make the fps more.
@@domgreen957 I know that it will look the same, but its still such a waste on bandwidth. Great video, though!
