This trip, we continue the search for Bonnie Lee Shultz in Indianapolis, Indiana in March of 2023.
We are joined by Bonnie's son Josh and his wife.

Bonnie was last seen leaving the Time Out Lounge near 62nd and Allisonville Road in the early morning hours of July 4, 1997.
She was driving a blue 1990 Mercury Sable, four door station wagon with Indiana '98 plate 99G9645. This vehicle has never been located.
Bonnie was married and a mother of two children. The night she disappeared, Bonnie had a conversation with her husband, Richard, about marriage problems. After their conversation at home, Bonnie left for a nighttime birthday party with coworkers from her part-time inventory job.
Witnesses at the Time Out Lounge said Bonnie was visibly upset when she arrived but that she settled down throughout the evening. Bonnie left alone in her car around 4 a.m. When Richard woke up the next morning and found her gone, he called the police.
Upon further inquiry, Richard told investigators that his relationship with his wife was rocky. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Bonnie had been having an affair with a male co-worker who was also with her the evening she disappeared. Bonnie's boyfriend cooperated with police and passed a polygraph. Richard denied having a fight with Bonnie on the night she disappeared, and his polygraph indicated deception.
A week after Bonnie went missing, authorities went to her residence. After a short discussion with the children, it was learned that an object that Bonnie was always known to have in her possession was still inside the residence. She had had it with her the night she disappeared. Richard had stated that Bonnie never returned home that night.

This was an excellent video. I live in Indy and was young when she went missing, but my parents remember. I pray everyday someone will step up with information about Bonnie’s disappearance or something will turn up! She was a beautiful lady with two great kids. It was an honor to be out there searching with you and meeting Bonnie’s son, Josh and his wife. I feel very close to the case now and try to bring more awareness to it! I pass by these places often, I’m glad they were checked. I think about her all the time, especially when going over some of the nearby bridges. Obviously I’m not the one who is important in this story but I’m glad to have the peace of mind for these particular places. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

i worked with bonnie at a school for a before and after schl care program...she was sweet...i do think her hubby ...now her ex... is guilty possibly... and why was he NOT investigated even more after failing a lie detector test...can only be two scenarios ...her now ex hubby was/is guilty or bonnie made an escape plan that is fool proof to start a new life where no one will find her not even her car...
I’m sure I’ve seen a video of her being found.
