Search and Recovery RC Sonar Boat Searches For Missing Woman (Demetria Watson)

- Receiving information about the case of 42-year-old mother & wife, Demetria Watson, we knew it was going to be the first case of our 40 day trip.
Search and Recovery Dive Team, Chaos Divers, used the next couple of days to clear smaller bodies of water between Richmond Hill and Hinesville, GA. Hinesville was of particular interest due to her car ping and possible sighting on a CCTV camera from a local business.
Demetria left her home on November 28, 2022 after sending a very simple, yet cryptic text to her loved ones that stated, “I love you”. Demetria was never heard from again.
Unfortunately, we finished these searches only being able to answer as to where Demetria was not. We will be back to continue our search for Demetria and in the meantime, our thoughts go out to her family and loved ones.

Finally got around to watching these videos that Josh created with you three. I knew they would be epic. He brings out your expressions while concentrating on finding Demetria's car. Jacob maybe get one of those slide out grill mounts or tables for the RV to keep the Little Buddy on so it's easier to get out and put back in the storage area.

If you can build a shelf that you can pull out, put the little sonar machine on, and push back in, that would help. I've seen people with them in RV builds.

My heart breaks for this family.
1st- thank you Team Watters for this wonderful time-saving machine. 2- rest in peace Dave. What a gentle man he was. One view of the screen showed the speed of the Little Buddy at 2.00mph. Is there an ideal speed to scan by it?
1.5mph-3mph is the ideal speeds

Suggestion. Install a slide out tray or drawer in that opening where you store the little sonar boat. Then you could just pull it out , set that on it and slide back in. I know I may be simplifying more than possible but you all come up with so many neat ideas, maybe you can explore the idea. Love watching you do your work.

Holy poop! It's like someone took my idea right out of my brain. But.... ACTUALLY DID SOMETHING WITH IT! (Rather than just let it sit in my brain forever like all my other ideas that I don't know how to make come to life! LOL!!!) Geat job for him actually making the sonar boat come to life and actually be of amazing help!!!
Dennis invented this years many years ago, but because they aren’t on social media, not too many people knew about it. There are 15 made and all of them belong to search and rescue groups across the US.
