Well, I suppose we have some similar favorites; I love Foster's, Chowder and Flapjack too, but those are my top three favorites. I would not put them so low. Nevertheless, I can tell this is your opinion, and I can assume you have valid reasons.
For your next Animation Lookback after Ralph Bakshi, please do a special one dedicated to Fleischer Studios. They played an important role in animation.
My favorite CN shows are Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Dexter’s Laboratory. And if you ever do Animation Lookback on Nickelodeon, my favorite shows on that are SpongeBob Squarepants (Seasons 1-3), Rugrats, and Invader Zim.
I feel somewhat happy to say that I LOVE Over the Garden Wall. First of all, the voice cast is PERFECT! An actual child to voice Greg, Elijah Wood, who despite being an adult can be a foresight to the next generation of adult voices, an equal balance of male and female voices, a balance of cartoon voices and famous celebrities, and the animators only voice background characters without hogging to much glory from the professionals. This is a GREAT voice cast! Secondly, there were multiple moments when I was absolutely touched by the story. While I could not stand the thought of Wirt and Greg having a grudge, that made it all the more satisfying when Wirt showed compassion for getting Greg out of the tree stump. I also got interested in Beatrice's backstory, and even the background characters brought out some emotion in me. And then there's the creator of this project, Patrick McHale. I already knew him as one of the writers for The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack and for the Adventure Time project, but now that I have seen him create this, I absolutely love him. I cannot put it on my favorite series list since it does not count as a proper series, but just know that I really love Over the Garden Wall. P.S. Didn't your lookback say it was Star Wars the Clone Wars (the 2003 project) that was Cartoon Network's first miniseries?

Also, you mentioned Flapjack there so that can relieve some people and I think it also was an inspiration for OTGW since the art style has some similarities. Anyway, I strongly disagree with your top 10 best CN shows cause the original PPG isn't even great IMO since it gets boring sometimes. Speaking of PPG, why didn't you not talk about The Powerpuff Girls Movie? Still, though, this series was great since you've covered most of the big CN shows. If there were a universal public vote for the top 10 Cartoon Network shows, the Powerpuff Girl (1998) would be #1, AniMat got that part right, but Ed, Edd n Eddy would be #2, how can you make that mistake? And Steven Universe I'm pretty sure would be above Adventure Time
