    We worked with the killer, most thought he was very kind, very bubbly, very friendly. He seemingly always had a kind thing to say and readily shared his food with others. A very select few thought there some something off and egotistical about him, but most loved him. One or two with discernment saw the darkness in his eyes, but most were just shocked they couldn’t tell they were friends with a murderer.

      @@les0101s You have to study more than just mainstream media sources, since they are accustomed to using only court documents and most of these are sealed in this case.
      Schubert's girlfriend is at least part of the reason Deputy DA Jeff Lesowski made the motion to seal court documents in this case. Information about this girlfriend (who grew up in the Sacramento area and attended University of Portland partly while Jubane was there) have been confirmed by neighbors who lived in the complex and at least one online transaction that showed the girlfriend paid Schubert for some items she apparently took from their shared two-bedroom apartment when she moved out roughly a month before Jubane's murder. Notice, because of Jubane's trip to Hawaii from about 8/26 to about 9/2, that could mean that Schubert went a long as full two weeks wanting to confront Jubane, but she and her vehicle were gone. Yeah, this why media companies trying to claim Schubert didn't know Jubane are far the truth in this case. Instead, they knew each other and Schubert seemed to be motived out of revenge and was, seemingly, ready to act as soon as he figured out that was back at her apartment (and walking right past his door twice a day).

    She married a naval officer, but yet she didn’t want to move to where he was in Washington state.
    She could’ve gotten a job as a nurse there.
    It would’ve been easy to relocate.
    Did she know this person/guy who lived in the same building on the same floor as her?
    How would he have known her work schedule?
    I do not believe he just randomly abducted her, because there was no forced entry at her home.
    This case is extremely fishy and they are not being transparent with the public.

      According to a website provided with crime data from Beaverton Police Department, a homicide occurred on 9/4/2024 at 1050 SW 160th Ave, which is the street address of her and Schubert's apartment. Considering that this police department hasn't reported another homicide (besides Jubane) on this date, then it seems to confirm Jubane's murder occurred at this apartment complex. In other words, her remains likely started out inside the complex and likely weren't moved (or not much) until the Washington County Medical Examiner's vehicle showed up and took them away by 3 am on 9/7.
      Schubert's former live-in girlfriend (who moved out of his unit and took shared items with her about a month before Jubane's murder) did work in the same corner of the same floor of the same building of the same hospital in directly neighboring coronary care and emergency room units, so it seems likely that these two nurses knew each other more than just as next-door neighbors (down a hall by about 30 feet) from each other. What we don't know is how much they interacted and to what degree Schubert might have blamed Jubane for the how that prior relationship ended. But it seems possible that this was some form of revenge-related attack on a woman (Jubane) who dared to help another neighbor/co-worker in need (Schubert's former girlfriend).

    • @findlisa5
      @findlisa5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Doubt it. Jubane's father said stalking, but the lead prosecutor (Deputy DA Jeff Lesowski) never charged that Schubert with that. Jubane's father may not have realized how close they lived (basically next-door neighbors, 30-feet across an interior hallway) and that Schubert girlfriend had so much in common with Jubane (same school, same degree, same employer in the same corner of the same building on same floor). It looks a lot more like a murder stemming from domestic violence, where Jubane tried to help a woman in need and seemingly (according to the allegations against him) Schubert viciously slaughtered her for that. If that is what occurred in this case, then it's not stalking. It's a revenge killing.
