Notice, because of Jubane's trip to Hawaii from about 8/26 to about 9/2, that could mean that Schubert went a long as full two weeks wanting to confront Jubane, but she and her vehicle were gone. According to a website provided with crime data from Beaverton Police Department, a homicide occurred on 9/4/2024 at 1050 SW 160th Ave, which is the street address of her and Schubert's apartment. Considering that this police department hasn't reported another homicide (besides Jubane) on this date, then it seems to confirm Jubane's murder occurred at this apartment complex. In other words, her remains likely started out inside the complex and likely weren't moved (or not much) until the Washington County Medical Examiner's vehicle showed up and took them away by 3 am on 9/7. Schubert's former live-in girlfriend (who moved out of his unit and took shared items with her about a month before Jubane's murder) did work in the same corner of the same floor of the same building of the same hospital in directly neighboring coronary care and emergency room units, so it seems likely that these two nurses knew each other more than just as next-door neighbors (down a hall by about 30 feet) from each other. What we don't know is how much they interacted and to what degree Schubert might have blamed Jubane for the how that prior relationship ended. But it seems possible that this was some form of revenge-related attack on a woman (Jubane) who dared to help another neighbor/co-worker in need (Schubert's former girlfriend).

Doubt it. Jubane's father said stalking, but the lead prosecutor (Deputy DA Jeff Lesowski) never charged that Schubert with that. Jubane's father may not have realized how close they lived (basically next-door neighbors, 30-feet across an interior hallway) and that Schubert girlfriend had so much in common with Jubane (same school, same degree, same employer in the same corner of the same building on same floor). It looks a lot more like a murder stemming from domestic violence, where Jubane tried to help a woman in need and seemingly (according to the allegations against him) Schubert viciously slaughtered her for that. @@ashleypg1708 They know what happened, she's dead. Demanding morbid details of their agony is not being a friend. It's being disgusting.
They want justice and have a right to protest! The community has bonded together to protect it's citizens, especially women and children. What's wrong with that?
@@hugekins Where did you hear then ask for "justice"? They demanded lurid details of the murder of someone they aren't related to. Asking for justice is demanding X charges or X sentence. Two very different things, try to pay attention.

He is definitely a monster

I’m sorry but NO ONE moves to Portland for safety… 2:02
This crime took place in Beaverton, OR, a suburb 15-20 min west of Portland proper.
@@michelleshealinghome Beaverton is a nice area, wow, that’s heartbreaking. She was such a beautiful woman. I hope her family gets justice!
@@1tiredmommaRissa It is! I feel the same, such a tragic, mysterious story.
They are very secretive, is it maybe because it's hate crime. Did he violated her down there. It's sadd sad sad
Yes he did after he murdered her. What a demon
@@MrRoaringcorpse but where is that information coming from? Maybe they just don’t want to reveal the cause of death….
Oregon is not safe.
Horrible timing on the ad..
Oregon is a lost cause
You’ll know the details soon enough. I suspect it’s shows an MO.
Poppies?
Why sealed so much information? Wtf
Both nurses and neighbors? They 100% knew each other
Yes I don't why they hiding that. If she had an affair she had an affair
@@lovelylady7097 how is knowing each other automatically = affair? did you know melissa?
This is an ignorant comment. Everybody is a nurse now. The field is getting to be extremely popular. It’s completely feasible that they literally didn’t know one another

You killed a Filipino nurse😥😥😥
Usual suspect. 😪
Obviously something was inserted and she suffered fatal injuries. Actions of a sociopath. Sociopaths can’t be cured
Does this suspect have a job?
Nevwr mind whwn they say he did some cruel thi gs to her thats why they are so quiet is going to hurt many people what she did sad
No, that's not why. That's almost never why. This is an active investigation and they're protecting it.
Maybe he did know her and it got to stalking maybe the marriage was the last straw.
If that is what occurred in this case, then it's not stalking. It's a revenge killing.
He looks like the anime obsessed type weirdo. She probably was trying to nicely turn him down and he got angry..
