Alot of antique bottle collectors would be interested in cut copper pellets for cleaning and tumbling purposes...you can reach a whole new audience and customers who would love to buy some off of you..usually 18-20 gauge copper is cut down into 1/8" pellets and sold by the pound and up in plastic containers..I'm gonna share this video to a few friends who do tumbling and cleaning...cool set up and thanks for a great video !!

Brother you Do not need to explain yourself to anyone, your channel is awesome. I have only been watching a short while. If you look around on youtube no one has your setup. Look forward to seeing a rip out it would make an awesome episode. Kind regards from England brother
Nice payout. Really nice that you can back your trailer into the shop and process straight off the trailer regardless of the weather conditions outside. Same goes for loading too. Way more convenient and efficient. "The Shop Dock" Redneck with a wire stripper HAHA!!! There is nobody on TH-cam that I know of that has a Bad Ass Multi-Tasking machine like the "The Copper King". When you get the other pieces of equipment attached and up and running it will truly be the King. By a Mile!
The wire is slick to help pull in the PVC or EMT it's super fun running it off a spool to make smaller cuts then trying to get the tape to stick is even more fun
Good to see you wearing eye protection, lot of kick back on those cables when they exit and I could see one slapping you in the face at some point. Stay safe!
Brother, just tell them to watch your videos and they will know what you mean by “The copper King”. You are a pretty straight forward guy it seems to me. If they think you claim to be anything other than what you are they haven’t been watching your videos. Keep up the good work and videos.
Good memories much cheeper rent. lol I think that was a popular camera spot because I did not have a tripod and would put my phone in the early days then the gopro in the 2nd transformer press. You should have seen all the crazy contraptions I would use to get the shots. lol Thanks for watching my friend hope you and your family are doing well.
Derek do you have a video explaining what or how you pay for your pick ups and how you scale it on the job site? or a break down of how you come up with what your willing to pay ? I've started a small recycling thing in Phoenix , evenn working on getting a small crane to scale out on site. Thanks man I enjoyed the shop clean up videos this past week
Thanks for getting the spelling of my name right. lol I have made a few videos in the past and I will make a new one soon. look for how to find copper Pt 1 on my channel. Also the 2 live streams I go over a lot. Good luck on your biz
I feel like the guys at your contractors are like oops I got an extra 30 feet of the red white and the black wire. Oh I guess we better call project shop you know not enough linked to do the next job lol.
Hello Sir just came across your channel on TH-cam you have very nice set up as a electrician in the U.K. I used to collect and strip copper cable from our jobs and used to scrap it I wish i had a set up like yours . I have subscribed to your TH-cam channel great video
hey buddy, i love your hustle on things! where your other half i have not seen him lately. instead of the copper king king which does not fit your personality i like the Metal WHISPER instead LOL. have a good weekend and send my love to family!!!
Just a redneck with a wire stripper! Sheeeaaat. That stripper doesn't dance around a pole and pays you in cash? Sheeeaaat! Yer the copper wizard then, since yer always producing the bright and shiny! Nice video.
Question for ya. I got some large diameter 3 conductor cabling insulated with vinyl pvc. It puts of a very strong smell that can be a bit nauseating with no air movement in the garage. Does vinyl require respiratory equipment? Or nah. I prefer the practical answer if it's there.
How you find those big wire man that’s so nice!. I’m started like a month ago scraping aluminum, copper , AC units and more. I’m from Sebring Florida Lol
How and where do you get this massive amount of copper wire ? If your buying it how do you determine the to you with all the plastic involved? Thanks Adley Firmin scrapping is very interesting

Hey, I am working on getting 2 electricians to sell me their scarp wire to recycle it. I will buy small wires as well in the hope of building long-term connections and getting the big stuff as well. Do you have any tips for scrapping smaller house wires with a specific stripper, maybe with multiple same inputs? Or do you think a small shredding system would be worth it when I get more volume? For now, I will do it as a side hustle besides my apprenticeship and I want to test the scalability of it in my region. Your channel motivated me quite some time back and now I'm making my first steps. Thank you for your awesome and addicting content brother!
I would get a stripping machine first before a shredder. you can only shred small wire a stripper will strip just about all wire and bare bright wire is worth more than chopped copper. Look up copper mine or blue rock strippers. good luck and thanks for watching
Talk to the local electrical contractors. I would tell them what you are doing with the sand casting and if possible show them your products and offer to make them something with their own copper. Thats what I want to be doing here soon. Good luck and thanks for watching.
Hey "Copper King." I absolutely love your site and am a loyal follower. Who gives a rat's hat what people call you? You got 27,000 followers!! GEEZ!! LOL!! Keep those great videos comin'!!
Hey Derek I was wondering how do you acquire all the scrap you process. Meaning how did you put yourself out there to always have consistent amounts of scrap to process
Years ago I was buying HID transformers when no one else was, I also offer services no one does. I got in with a lot of big electrical contractors and then they would refer me to other people.
