I Know Football it looks comfortable. I usually only held it in my mouth for a minute but you're tips are great and I will definitely have these in mind when molding my next mouthpiece!

Hey man I had an important question. I'm currently a sophomore going to my junior year and I have a good chance at starting linebacker this year. But since I was in baseball this freshman is in the spot and I do everything I can to prove I'm more worthy of starting. Ik I'm a better athlete and know the plays and position better than him and I weight 150 but I hit really hard. Only thing he has on me is he's 160 and he benches twice my max and is overall better in the weight room then me as a freshman but he can't translate it to the field the coaches like him because if the football stereotype that stronger is automatically better even though he didn't even start on the freshman team Is there anything possible that I can do please try and give me the best feedback possible

I have a question about the mouth gaurd. It looks really thin, how much impact resistance does it have. Because to me, it looks to thin to help as much as other thicker mouth guards. But that's only off of look, I've never had one in my hands or anything

Now nothing against mouth guards I think they are very important but molding them for me at least is very hard because whenever I try to mold one it will damage my mouth, I think, because i start bleeding idk if anyone knows anything please tell me

Ngl I did it about 7 times bofore watching (cause this mouth guard can be remolded 20+ times!) All before I watched cause I didnt trust it Til seeing a bunch of "Best mouth guard ever?" "Could this be the future of football?" You know and I now know my main guard (btw im a linemen but the smartest, experienced and I can read plays like an audio book so for my ends and linebackers I need them to hear me to call the other teams play)

I suffer from bruxism during the day and at night too, so I will have to wear it in the morning and evening... Can it cause harm?I suffer from bruxism..all the dental guards that the doctor made did not work for me because I was grinding them and they broke quickly. I think this type will be suitable for me, but I do not know whether it will have long-term damage or not
Unfortunately, I'm not a dentist, and I cannot advise on that.
So, Sisu actually have a specific one for bruxism, its called "Sova night guard".
I have just used the aero version and It took around 4 years of almost daily use to start with the little cracks in It.
Deffinetly recomend It.

I didn't play in the NFL. I played arena and minor league football. I like this mouthguard better because you can actually speak with it. Its so thin and so protective.
I Know Football ok I checked it out at my local sports store, but I already bought my 2nd mouthpiece this season. I might buy this next year though!
