  • Sharing a simple daily exercise routine to help maintain body's mobility. At least 15 minutes in length, these exercises are simple and fairly intuitive.
    Doing them every day after waking up, without exception. Of course, this exercise routine is not a replacement for daily walking; it is an important supplement. As important as walking is, it doesn't exercise the whole range of motion of some joints.
