THE SDIE NOTE - So this one a different video than what we typically make, focusing on USED SUVs instead of New vehicles...did you find this video interesting and helpful or is focusing on used vehicles a waste of time? Let us know down below in the comments!
BUYER BEWARE. DO SOME RESEARCH!!!! Hyundai Santa Fe's as well as other Hyundai models, have a history back to 2013 of using excessive amounts of oil in higher mileage vehicles. California did a class action against Hyundai for it a year or so ago. I have a 2017 Santa Fe Sport. 96,000 miles. Serviced regularly, it uses 1/2 quart of oil about every 200 miles. Does not leak, does not smoke, runs fine. I have no clue where the oil is going.
I think a 2015+ Ford Expedition will avoid the dreaded 5.4 Triton V8, but the EcoBoost V6 model may not be much better. Like all small, stressed turbo engines these days, regular service/oil changes is a must or you don't want it.
You are correct with the Honda pilot … i purchased a 2011 ..in 2014 with 23,000 miles… I changed the timing belt @ 1000,000 miles … I drive it everyday . It now has 189,000 miles… My goal is 300,000 .. Great Suv .. Lots of offers for it .. i will not sell it … i KNOW WHAT I GOT 😊!!!!
My girl friend’s daughter bought a Santa fe been at the dealer for two new motors and 11 times for other stuff biggest POS ever made don’t waste your money
I been driving a 96 truck for 3 years now it’s perfect but iv saved up a lot and I’m ready to get my self something nice this years ends or for my 37 bday I’m so excited a small mid size suv is best I’d like to spend under 12k but 15k more options must have no more then 80k miles and less than 7 years old
I’ll vouch for the Mazda and the Ford Expedition (Lincoln Navigator)…. both very reliable…I have 200,000 on my 2013 Navigator, runs like new…only issue is the paint is coming off the aluminum tailgate. But mechanically it is sound.
What in the name of Hyundai are people doing to these Santa Fe's? Mine a 2013 turbo fullt loaded with leather and all the goodies and about 115,000 miles and counting and does not burn oil at all or even need to be topped up..I live in Texas where its pretty hot most of the year and I haven't come across any of the issues all of you are experiencing..😮

Dude you had some of the crappiest cars listed. Totally misleading. Vey.vey.
I just got rid of my 98 Saturn SL 320000+ miles still runs good but under carriage is rusted out
Lets see a car that good again
Half of the Toyotas and Hondas from the same year to current are that good. Old fords too

My 08 Yukon Denali has 272000 on it and still running strong
From $990 ???? They are over $10,000
Santa Fee Really My Buddy's hit 160,000 and burns oil.
SUV’s are not cars, they are considered “Trucks”. They are built on truck chassis’s, even your registration says it’s a truck.
Most vehicles called SUV are in fact CUV and aren’t built frame on body they are unibody construction just like almost all cars.
