    Initially it was difficult forcing myself to smile while applying Negotiation 9 & Caaviar, but i’m starting to get the hang of it now especially on the phone, Thanks Black Swan Group💯

    In my experience, by using a calm and measured tone of voice, you can assertively take care of your own well-understood interest, fair behavior and respect for the other side. And above all you are able to understand the person you are dealing with. Am I out of line?

      @@NegotiationMastery Thanks, I'd love to see the video. That's what I'm thinking, the verbal tone is key. And how does it relate to the written tone?
      I'm making up a quick thought with example of text below. Tone also occurs in content. Which do you think is the most natural and engaging with the right tone? How important is it to pay attention to tone in this aspect?
      1. Recognized for maturity, emotional intelligence, uncompromising work ethic, people skills, intellectual humility, and strategic awareness in transformation processes.
      2. Recognized for business and personal maturity, people skills, intellectual humility, high ethical standards, and strategic awareness in transformation processes.
      3. Respected for uncompromising work ethic, people skills, intellectual humility, demonstrates empathy, and strategic awareness with an empathetic approach in transformation processes.
