That's amazing. I've got a Ruger 10/22, and I'd like to get one of those scopes. It'd be very useful, and I'd never be worried about the distance anymore. Amazing. Thank you very much for the review.
I didn't know such a scope existed, mind you I haven't fired a rifle for about 25 years. Pistol shooting is what I'm currently into but I'm looking at getting back into hunting next year. Cheers, b.
i am shocked at how well that does actually work. to be able to allow for bullet drop from 25y out to 175y at the push of a button with a 22lr is amazing, to me anyway
The scope can be set to most calibres, its not specific. What you do is sight the rifle in at two ranges then the scope calculates the drop based on a typical ballistic curve, so it should work well with .223.
Hold down a couple buttons flick through the display and change the "drop number", its a bit cumbersome in the field but doable assuming the windage is simular between the loads. It also won't go below zero at 50yds so it would be best to zero it with the lowest power load.
If you look at the table for the Eliminator 2 it has the .22lr listed, and has a 50yd zero setting. I sighted the reticle zero at 50yds and then zeroed the dot at 150yds. You don't rely on the table and drop numbers, use it as a guide then adjust the number accordingly when you see where its hitting.
You sir created the best video on this scope, please go ask burris to send you and review the latest model. I strongly advise them to do so as this video is the strongest sales argument!
The priblem I see with airguns is the abnormal trajectory due to the very low ballistic coefficient of pellets. It also cannot be sighted in closer then 50yds and rangefinder does not work closer then 25yds.
What two ranges did you shot at to calibrate? The Burris web site says it's for .17 rem and up no .22lr's? And with there ranges they say shoot at 1 or 2 hundred for zero and then 500 hundred for drop calibration. I'm so glad you did this because I thought it wasn't possible and didn't buy one, now I may..
Well no but semi's are to restricted here, best thing for suppression though. I'm no good with a lever or pump action due to my hand so the toggle suits me fine and better when prone or off a rest.
Was about $850 at the time, though I expect they are cheaper now. I think this particular one is discontinued though. The top end model is more like $1500.
I have question how did you zero the rifle for 50 yards while the scope gives you an option of 100 yard or 200 yards and what will happens if you zero it for 100 yards
Congratulations on the video. One question, on Burris' website, what do you mean by There is no remote cable option for the 3-12x version, and this model is " NOT compatible with low-velocity rounds such as subsonic and rimfire." ? I plan to use it on my 22LR and my Remington .243. Thank you.
I believe you will need the newest eliminator 4 for the 22LR, the eliminator 2 and 3 didn't support the low velocity stuff just the first eliminator shown here and now the newest one. The eliminator 4 uses blue tooth connection not the IR junk that the first one in this vid used so should work better but is still very bulky.
I hafe a burris ,placed them first on my 243 rem it work good later i buy a 308 rem and now is placed on the 308 its a great scope work exelent ,i am happy with my burris
What make and model of .22 was that? I would like to see something on the new winchester super mag.17, apparently savage makes a bmag chambered for it. thanks iron
Amazon doesn't ship anything interesting to Australia, the scopes should be available at any decent scope dealer. I'm not surewhat they cost now but expect $800-1500 depending on model.
Hi what is the bolt handle setup that you have on the rifle with the burris eliminator .I have never seen this it looks really fast and what sort of rifle is it ?.thanks Dave
This is the original eliminator so I expects that the numbers will differ, but I use number 43 with 50yd zero. If you understand how it works you won't need the tabled numbers, I just zero at 50 then range at 150, if its hitting low at the ranged dot at 150 increase the drop number. You are essentially sighting in at 2 different ranges.
talking about making target acquisition easier Wow.. BTW i have a dead cat with a rope around its paw on my roof, you didnt happen to sent that cat-a-pult South East did you ?
Would love to know would this Scope be capable of dialling down to Subsonic loads? I see its only good out to 180 with these loads so I would guess only 150yards with Subsonic loads
hello good afternoon could you help me to set up the burris eliminator iii in the lr22 ammunition winchester wildcat? the rifle I use and the anschutz model 1416. Would you help me?
You have the remote control on the wrong side, that is why you are having trouble! It has to be on the left align with the IR sensor Great vid!! thanks
Nah, it has 2 sensors, one on each side. Its harder for me as I have to do everything with my right hand, but it doesn't work as it should. The later models may have improvements I don't know.
Interesting.. Mine is the very early model and only has a sensor on the left, instructions insist the remote has to be fairly close to the sensor. Happy shooting ;)

Thank you, for the effort in your videos, pleasure to watch.
You sir created the best video on this scope, please go ask burris to send you and review the latest model. I strongly advise them to do so as this video is the strongest sales argument!
Your vids are both informational and really fun to watch. You are good at both types of shooting. Well Done
No its the original Eliminator scopewhich is no longer in production. Its specs are somewhere between the current 1 and 2 models.
A BIG thanks for making this vid, awesome.
thanks again
Correcting myself, you may have been right, the original might have just been renamed the "2" in the new range, not sure on this.
The priblem I see with airguns is the abnormal trajectory due to the very low ballistic coefficient of pellets. It also cannot be sighted in closer then 50yds and rangefinder does not work closer then 25yds.
More vids of the rifle that you are using and this awesome scope, please!

Most impressed with your vids FP.
That is very interesting. Great video. The eliminator II is on sale for 699.00 here.
I'd be very interested in details on your setup, rifle, mount and the remote control button for the burris.
Great video mate, as usual. Thats the burris Eliminatot ll isnt it?
With the .22 especially with hunting ammo sometimes you get a stray. The shot at 5:18 looked a bit wild as well.
That's a fascinating rifle action. I'll be doing a little web searching to learn more about it. Great video as always. Thanks!
Very nice video ! and that scope... What a Toy !!! I really enjoyed your video, thank you very much for share it
Your videos are awesome man when are you going to put up some more feral cat videos up
Well no but semi's are to restricted here, best thing for suppression though. I'm no good with a lever or pump action due to my hand so the toggle suits me fine and better when prone or off a rest.
Yes thats it, with a black olive T-rex stock, hy-skor bipod.
Was about $850 at the time, though I expect they are cheaper now. I think this particular one is discontinued though. The top end model is more like $1500.
Was curious about this scope. Thanks
Could you make a video on how to set-up the Burris Eliminator on the .22 and sight it in? Thanks
Great review. Thankyou
What values did you choose for 22 rimfire I can’t seem to find the values anywhere??
That's not bad at all mate, stretches the .22lr's legs doesn't it! Nice bit of kit there too!!
Great scope ! Do they make for AR 15 in 223 ? Cost ?
hello, i need to know what number of drop bullet and BCs use when you shoot with a 22lr. Thank you
Is that the Eliminator 3 or an earlier version. Certainly works well on the .22LR
Nice shooting outback!
Nice rifle never seen one like it...Good shooting. Thanks for the video.
177 laying down some Kentucky windage! Cool shooting
Where'd you get that knife mate?
Do you have any info about the rifle you are using. Haven't seen one with an action like that? Brand, model??
awesome rifle! could you say what it is?
Love the set up on your rifle,or how you have it set up what type is it ,if you don't mind me asking
How do you like the straight pull 10/22? Better than semi-auto? Thanks for the video.
I have question how did you zero the rifle for 50 yards while the scope gives you an option of 100 yard or 200 yards and what will happens if you zero it for 100 yards

i love your new scope . i must have one
Why did the first shot of the second target at 50 yards veer so much to the left?
I hafe a burris ,placed them first on my 243 rem it work good later i buy a 308 rem and now is placed on the 308 its
a great scope work exelent ,i am happy with my burris
nice video that compliments the model is that Burris eliminetor and what it costs € €?
My Sight Burris Eliminator III ballistic laser. Cartridge ballistic ratio - G1-0,140 RA4 -0,112. How to enter data into the scope?
What make and model of .22 was that? I would like to see something on the new winchester super mag.17, apparently savage makes a bmag chambered for it.
thanks iron
Top video as are all the rest aswell.
Hi, I want to buy this Model , Where can I find it in London? Because I didn’t find in eBay and Amazon
What model 22 is that mate?
Amazon doesn't ship anything interesting to Australia, the scopes should be available at any decent scope dealer. I'm not surewhat they cost now but expect $800-1500 depending on model.
Awesome video!!
Thanks 🙏
semi-auto in Aussie? How did you get that?
Hi what is the bolt handle setup that you have on the rifle with the burris eliminator .I have never seen this it looks really fast and what sort of rifle is it ?.thanks Dave
Another great video, would love to see some rabbit shooting at range with this set up :)
There is a long wait for ruger 10/22's :(
How can i buy like this scope ❤ please
Spot on!
What drop number did you use ?
wow big difference in drop for each difference
i thought i saw it on another vid you had up...i love mine i have it on a dpms panther lr 308...it is an awesome scope!!
Good day! Can I ask you about how to set in the optical sight data on the cartridge.
Amazing
Thanks
where can i buy one? how much are they?
I have the Eliminatir III. What are you using to video through the scope?
That looks fun
Hi Mate i have a T3 too and a eliminator 3 what code do u use for your scope? would be a great help! good vid mate!!
This is the original eliminator so I expects that the numbers will differ, but I use number 43 with 50yd zero. magic
What kind of bolt is that?
Looks like a PWS T3 (straight pull 10/22) action.
Bonjours quel numero de code pour la burris eliminator please
looked at the price. It's a bit steep, but it's a marvel for sure.
talking about making target acquisition easier Wow.. BTW i have a dead cat with a rope around its paw on my roof, you didnt happen to sent that cat-a-pult South East did you ?
This scope gives trajectory prediction for 50yds as well. If you were to zero it at 100 it probably wouldn't provide the correct range or adjusrments.
Cheers!
bonsoir le code balistique pour la 22lr please
Would love to know would this Scope be capable of dialling down to Subsonic loads? I see its only good out to 180 with these loads so I would guess only 150yards with Subsonic loads
Its a Dewey bowie knife.
hola buen vídeo. Me indicas la marca y modelo de tu rifle. Gracias saludos
How about on an airgun?
cost?
How much was the scope and what22 is tha
hello good afternoon could you help me to set up the burris eliminator iii in the lr22 ammunition winchester wildcat? the rifle I use and the anschutz model 1416. Would you help me?
considering the rifle you have I'm sure that the gunstore you bought from will help you out. Awesome rifle. I would use different scope myself.
it was a straight pull bolt
Its not wind , your handling of the kick is knocking the shot off target.
Nice bro..u a bets creater..
hola, me dice como puedo conseguir una mira de esas acá en la Argentina ?? gracias
niiice. informative.
PWS T3 Summit
