The supernova build with 4 zoro 4 hody looks HORRIBLE... The list with 2 boss rosinante and a few Drakes is so much better against matches like law, Drake kills their tempo and then you can either kid or double monster rosinante drake/bonney and freeze their aggro. Donquixote/Supernovas feels much better than randomly throwing 4 zoros and 4 hodys into that meta, no wonder there's no bonneys in the lists if they're playing that
Ya I had similar thoughts, I feel like the Supernova deck with Zoro has a better matchup into starve lists like Enel, but the Supernova/Donquixote hybrid seems better over all, and definitely better into RP Law.
@@Vvulfrik Yup, zoro is very good against yellow but meta seems focused on Law and rob lucci and zoro is horrible vs lucci
This always depends on your local meta as well so if there more yellow play Zoro if it's black play the Don quixote build

Its wild that there hasn't been any major tournaments in the east yet. I wish they started their CS season around the same time we start.
I can’t wait for op07. I want to play that 10c ace. I run that a lot and I want to see the alt art. The card is already pretty dope
I think the big thing about not seeing Bonney is people want to play other decks. I know of about 20 people at my local shop only 1 or 2 people want to play her. Everyone wants to either update an older leader, play lucci or play to law

Id be down for like a 8 or 10 card prw side format. It leads to incredibly healthy deck biilding choices and discourages cheesey strategies making games feel cheap. Card design has to reflect that tho. Cards like blue pudding and the two k gion are a little too good for their own good in a pre side format. Dbs suffered from their silver bullet side cards being too match warping when drawn.

I prefer the lists that has the split of Supernova + Donquixote package personally, because I think it can lock down the board later in the game and that's what the deck wants to do is go late game.
I think grand asia open in singapore is happening like the last week of op07 (technically during the release of 08 but too soon for 08 to be legal)

Having a sideboard would be awesome for me lol
I think it would be awesome for the entire game, when you introduce a sideboard, it helps balance and sometimes straight up eliminate hard/counter matchups and it promotes more creativity in deck design. It is a net positive for any TCG (in my personal opinion).
@@Vvulfrik yeah I think so too. I’m a Rebecca player and I would have different play-styles vs Katakuri and RP Law. But because I can’t side board I can beat Kata but not RP
Mono green having a meta was too good to be true😅
Multi green is just plain better. Yamato has aggression and perona has far greater draw power.

Probably B/Y Kyros because those are my go-to colors, but I also really like RG Oden.
That would be SOOO awesome if they don't have literally any major tournaments for all of OP07 in the East. Because I know we have a little data about what decks are winning, but there's ALWAYS more variety in the smaller tournaments. But not having any data from any serious major tournament will ALMOST sort of in a way be like going into a meta blind. I mean I realize it's not completely like that, but it's about the closest we;ve ever got and probably will ever get to having an "unsolved" meta, at least until Bandai finally synchronizes set releases worldwide.
