Half japanese italian here. In italy i m considered as japanese while in japan italian. There s no place where we (half people) can be considered at home😢
As a half japanese-half filipino, I completely understand how difficult it is to accept circumstances. Theres a lot of pros and cons but instead of being mad at everything we should learn to accept things as it is, whether being labeled as a hafu because it is a fact. We should be proud of what we really are. Trust me Ive been there and done that. Let’s enjoy life. Peace out!
The most popular post-WWII Yokozuna was TAIHO, and he was half-Ukrainian. His grandsons are currently Sumo Wrestlers too. Half-Japanese who are educated in Japan and have native fluency in language, culture, and social norms will always be treated as Japanese. Nobody in Japan will ever consider TAKAHASHI Ran, SAKAI Gohtoku, MUROFUSHI Koji, SAWAJIRI Erika, or HAYAMI Mokomichi to be foreigners. But if you're raised abroad and have a foreign surname, there is no reason for anybody in Japan to perceive you as Japanese.
What microphone do you use Yoyo?
Rode!
