I would still do a blend of fescue and blue grass in the back as the fescue will do better with less sun. I would also use a regenerative type of fescue so that you don't have to keep overseeding.
It looks great so early in the year. Only one thing to make the stripe better …..perfectly straight stripes, perfect same width stripes. You need some kind of laser to lay a line on the grass to follow with your mower. How much better can it look ?.. This is a stupid ly great looking lawn!

I’ll say it again you should try the turf type tall fescue blend called artimuss from heritage ppg, it has 4 A list cultivars in the mix and some have rhizomatous traits with zero weed material in the mix! It has been amazing for me
