Expanding a NEW 95% vanilla city in Cities Skylines | Valley Ridge

Welcome to the start of a brand new 95% vanilla series in Cities Skylines.
This is a new series which will be focused around using only vanilla items and assets with a few mods just to increase the playability of the game.
Todays episode, we carry on from episode 1 and expand this beautiful little town of ours by creating a cool looking forestry area, new residential area and a new high school! How exciting.... also, plenty of parks!
