Very helpful clear and concise. Thank you Juca.Good taste and very good ear to refine your sounds.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for this video, Juca! It really is tremendously useful. Awesome tones. Your ears are made out of pure gold!!!
Many thanks :)
Great video and tones! Thanks so much for all your work. Can’t wait for the Strat video.👍
Thanks Mike :) Soon! Cheers
I've learned so much about my Katana 100MK II in one video. Thank you so much and for the tones too!
Many thanks :)
Amazing how you get the sounds of the Katana amp. And....the aftersales after buying one of your bundles is impressive. Thank you for all your help and advice Juca. You are a hero!
Many thanks!!! Cheers :)
Thanks for the walkthrough! I feel like I’m always learning how to effectively use EQ.
Thanks mate :)
Great demo Juca! Very informative and inspiring.
Thanks 🙏🏻
Fantastic Juca.... can't wait for the single coil version. 10/10
Thanks man, stay tuned :)
Nice work as always Juca! I think that most of this can be programmed on a Mk 1 Kat. EQ really is the key and I need to experiment more so I can go straight to the correct slider like you do! Like many others I’m looking forward to the Strat version. 👍
Thanks, yes it can :) Cheers
Really helpful man, Cheers
Thanks 🙏🏻
So glad I found your videos! You have been a lifesaver! Is there any chance you do custom patch commission work? It would help me out so much! Keep up the awesome work!
Many thanks!!! What's on your mind? Best regards
Nice VIDEO, So you do Understand adjusting the OLDER MODELLER type systems. NICE.
Thanks man :) Cheers
BTW I do this for a living :)
@@JucaNeryGuitar Must be NICE.
Yeah! Thanks 🙏🏻
Great video, thanks! If I have to play in a big big band, in a large stadium, with high volume (Rockin'1000 concert)... I suppose it's better to remove delay and reverb?
Yes, or just a tiny bit or else it will get lost in the mix. Cheers
all i do is plug my katana head into a 4x12 cab, crank up the reverb and keep the treble high and bass and mid medium. on clean setting with master cranked and presence low.
I've been able to build a real successful band off these setting. simple and clean for emo jams
Many Thanks! Question, does the headphone out work well going straight in to the mixer? or do you recommend just a Senh E609 near the center of the speaker at not too high volumes. I use a pod go on stage but I'm getting a bit bored so I want to use my katana 100 mkII which was mostly used at home.
You're welcome :) The Rec Out is better but if you can use a mic, do ii :) Not at the center or it will be too harsh. Cheers
Thx for the post bro
Great video! I also learned a lot as a new Katana user. Where do you run your Master Volume? I see some videos saying to run the master at 10 on the amp for better tone.
Thanks man :) Master at 10 or 1, doesn't matter. That's a myth ;) Cheers
thanks you. Could anyone answer how much volume on your guitar would you set while creating patches and playing live? or would you need to change the guitar volume depending on your patches?
Usually same volume, around 9 O'clock. Cheers
Awesome!
Thanks 🙏🏻
Hi Juca, I was wondering if you can help, i'm using my boss Katana Artist with the Katana App Librarian I've made Live patches, I have made 4 groups with different tones group 1 is Rock tone then rock tone lead which is louder but sometimes when i kick in the lead tone the volume is lower than rhythm patch how i'm i losing my setting can you help. thank Rock Steady
Hi mate, I'm not using the app at the moment so I really can't tell. But that should not happen. Cheers
SOUNDS GOOD BRO \m/
Thanks man :)
Do you make a patch list for different guitars with different style pickups?
I create the patches with that in mind. But not a patch list. Cheers
The amp switch stayed on lead instead of brown chanel in last section of video. Is it intentional? Thanks for the video, it's very useful
Thanks, I really can't recall right now. Cheers
Have you used this live? How did it work out?
Very nice instruction Juca, thanks. But how much Tone and vollume did you use for the lead section? Very important I think.
Thanks man! You mean on the guitar? Cheers
@@JucaNeryGuitar Yes Juca exact
@@yvandewever6518 All wide open, this time I didn't mess around with volume or tone.
@@JucaNeryGuitar Thanks Juca
How do we get from A channel to B channel on the amp itself? Or do we only get 4 patches at a time?
Press the panel button for a few seconds. Cheers
what patches do you have that will work for the original Katana Artist? are some of them "inter-changeable?" thanks!
Depends if you have the Artist MKI or MKII. Almost all my patches work on both. This pack is for the MKII. MKI patches are compatible with the MKII not the other way around.
@@JucaNeryGuitar I've got MKI. Thanks! Looking for some good live use/gig patches
@@pb12661 Have you checked my website? Cheers
@@JucaNeryGuitar will do. ;)
do you have this patch for an MK1?
Only for the MKII, check my patches here: jucaneryguitar.com/free-stuff/
Can you do one for a Strat please 😁
I'll try. Cheers
@@JucaNeryGuitar thank you 🙏🏼
👍
Calls patch 4 “Brown”…. Uses the lead channel?
So? lol
