I made Pretzel roll following this recipe. It turned out well, the taste is there, but somewhat a little flat. It was quite funny that my yeast didn't form the raft. I poured away the 1st batch and made another, which didn't foam again. I then only realised that I had used instant yeast. La consistenza e il gusto possono essere leggermente diversi rispetto a quelli fatti con il burro. Fammi sapere come vengono! 🍀

感謝妳的評論!其實沒有麥芽精的話,忽略也是沒關係的,它主要的作用是輔助發酵和稍微提升一下風味,影響都不會很大。如果你想找替代品的話,我建議可以嘗試深色蜜糖,比如我在做一些義大利麵包的時候會加入一點點板栗蜂蜜。按照視頻上的材料份量的話,我建議大約5-8克左右的蜂蜜就夠了。:)

hello!我一般用烤箱的發酵功能,設定28攝氏度進行發酵。2小時不會過發。如果妳感覺室溫太熱,發至兩倍大即可。
