    I bought these a few weeks back & I had to raise return/replacement request with the dealer. Here is what I faced & mentioned to the dealer -> "The overall functioning of the earbuds is very erratic. Sometimes they connect, sometimes they don't. The Bluetooth specifications say that the device has two-point connectivity but if I have it connected to my phone & then connect it to my laptop, it gets connected but doesn't play any media from the laptop. It shows connected but the audio is not played via the earbuds. Also, the microphone quality is VERY BAD. Neither am I able to hear the person on the other side, nor is that person able to hear me. The auto on/off feature also doesn't work. The earbuds are supposed to switch off once they are put back in the case, but they remain connected, display a blue light to show that they are still paired with the phone & not charging. After manually switching off the earbuds & putting them back in the case, only the left earbud displays a red light to show that it is charging while the right one does not."
    Are you facing any of these issues?
    Unfortunately I am not able to send them back to the dealer because I threw away the hardcopy of the invoice which is mentioned as mandatory while trying to claim warranty. These headphones sound GREAT, but are very finicky with overall functionality. :(

      Ouff! That sounds like a horrible experience!!
      I didn't face the issues that you did, but I didn't try two-point connectivity yet.
      One thing I faced two nights ago was sound coming out from one earbud instead of both. That's something that I faced with the ANC SkullCandy model (review to come) so I was happy when the Dime 3 were seamless... till two nights ago.....
      To fix the issue, you have to completely unpair the earbuds and then connect them again 🤔.
