    How are the color being displayed? is it a display setting I am not seeing?

    • @letsmakec4d228
      @letsmakec4d228  ปีที่แล้ว

      The colors of each fragment? In your voronoi fracture object, under the "Object" tab, there should be a checkbox called "Colorize fragments" you can turn that on and off for when you want to see the fragments

    cool thanks. Do you experience a difference to the workflow with the normal mograph fracture object?

    • @letsmakec4d228
      @letsmakec4d228  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Huh... You know, the last time I tried using the normal fracture object was years ago. I don't know if they added something or if I was just being dumb, but I couldn't get it to work. But yeah it looks like you can use the normal fracture object and get the same result by switching the mode from straight to explode segments. Looks like we all learned something today lol

    Hello , thanks for this amazing tuto, i have a little question, how can i export this animation in to fbx animated object?

    Hoping you will see this. Love this quick tip tut. I ma looking for help with a similar thing. NEW to C4D. Have learned a lot but there's A LOT to learn. Coming from a LW3D background, etc. Looking to do an exploded view of a car. The one thing I am trying to set up, is to NOT HAVE the car parts go through the floor. Since I cannot message you via youtube, etc. privately, I am askign the question here. If you can be so kind to respond if you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate the assistance.

      Hm.... Well, if you're only looking to get a still, the simplest thing would be to move the model up on the y axis to compensate for the parts going through the floor. If you need it to animate, make another push apart effector and apply it to your voronoi fracture object. Under the new push apart effector, in the "effector" tab look for the "mode" drop down menu and change it to "Along Y." This will cause it to only push in the Y direction. Depending on the model, this might do the trick but if it's anything like mine it could send pieces flying into the sky. For better control, go to your voronoi fracture object and look for the "effectors" tab and you'll see a list of all the effectors that are being used along with strength sliders. From here you'll want to turn down the Push Apart effector that's pushing along the Y axis to get the result you're looking for. Note that the order or these effectors matter, for me it only worked when I had the Y axis effector on top of the list. Hope this helps! I'll keep it in mind for future tutorials.
