6:20 I think here you search kitt, which searches regain so you get a draw during your turn, as well as having a body you wanna banish off your own mirrorjade to trigger both quem and regain, and you ll search mercourier off brigrand in end phase
Every time I think I have everything I need to play this deck it gets bigger XD and more expensive 😢
All I'm missing is a second cartesia, quem, and the bystials.

I've been playing 60 card branded since DABL came out but never expected to see it built like this.
Definitely the 40 card build for me they both seem consistent obviously the 60 card build has more options but for me I feel mor confident in 40. Hard to explain lol
I like to limit it to 42-43 cards just so I feel like I can actually see my side deck cards, with 60 cards I felt like I would almost never see my side deck cards
@@TheReal1zzythis was always my gripe as well. Although now is a better time because you just need to see a boardbreaker or back row hate whereas before it felt like you needed to see specific side cards
@@TheReal1zzythe pros to 60 is a higher ceiling but the cons is as you mentioned not seeing certain sides. But that’s a give and take for the advantage you get for getting a higher ceiling. You can mitigate the cons of siding by simply upping your ratio count of side deck cards of the same type. Since you have a higher ceiling naturally you’ll have less matchups you lose to so it can balance out

I have played it and sometimes it serves to fusion the new albion, or send it when you already have bystial lubellion in the graveyard to make an albion, it serves as a discard and also to return it with quem or summon it with luluwalilith
5:09 Isn't it better to discard Dark Magician for Lubellion's cost and make Dragoon with Lubellion+DM to insulate yourself from a potential Nibiru but also being able to use Dragoon's cost to get Edge Imp Chain out of hand at a later point? It's a slightly lower ceiling on your total endboard, but you protect yourself from many more commonly played cards, including Superpoly because you have Dragoon+a ton of light monsters and can easily make Mirrorjade on your opponent's turn (if you need it) if they don't respect Quem.
As for your question which version we're playing, I'm personally still running a slim 41 card synchro hybrid version. It's power ceiling is absolutely through the moon, and a lot of people just don't seem prepared for its particular bag of tricks this format even if the pure fusion variants are usually better if the opponent is 'prepared' for you. Etude is a really good card.

The 2 Lulus comes up quite often (usually one sent with Nadir/Granguinol, the other summoned with Granguinol or even Etude); don't make the mistake of cutting to 1 because they give a ton of value in matchups like Spright that generally have to use resources to get over massed large bodies on top of being a non-targeting negate. Lulu's pump effect isn't HOPT either, only the GY effect is, so if you ever get put into a situation where they're both on the table, they're not dead.
Droplet is fantastic against everything that isn't going second into Ariseheart, but you can beat him in-engine with Rindbrum or Dragoon just fine.
What did you take out of Nicolas' build to accommodate the Dark Magician and Dragoon?
In the 2nd combo, I usually go deployment and then fire off BF right away just to know if they have the ash. If they do,I just go normal aluber next grab branded opening, opening summons quem, quem sends albaz, cartesia into granguignol, send albion and quem revives cartesia for next turn. End phase set Branded in red. And if you hard draw lubellion, don't waste it with allure, go into saronir and then summon lubellion and then saronir sends regained, lubellion places branded beast, you'll have an extra interruption on your opponent's turn.

In germany ben kreutzkamp tops many regionals with 60 cards branded full gas, love his idea and the playstyle
as a quick question. Isn't it possible to play the iris swordsoul in the deck as an interruption due to despian luluwalillith and do you think it would be worth it?

I played alot with 60 and 40 Cards both Version have their Pro and Cons. Ironical i feel like the 60 Cards Version is more consistent because of all the draw power. And its plays far better through Handtraps. The big downside is you dont see much of your Side Deck and in general siding is really dangerous because this Deck lives from drawing enough engine. Still that Buid is just Fun pure.

60 card branded seems good since u see your bricks less and u have so many starters or 2 card combos that gets u to brafu so 60 cards doesnt hinder you consistently wise
I did the math and no 40 card branded gets more constantily to ash, considering 1, 2 and 3 card combos.
I play a 60 card build but with Tearlaments, there are a lot of synergies between both group of cards.
I love the edge imp package, I just have my doubts sometimes. As much as I want dragoon it sometimes hurts to end with him and not having discard fodder. Once that’s tweaked to perfection I’d feel invincible!
For 60 cards I'd recommend playing 1 scheiren as well.
In my version I play, 3 evenly, 2 book of eclipse, 2 triple tactics, 3 dark ruler and 5 bystials not including lubellion. I don't recommend playing more than 1 lubellion because you don't really need to see the card that much, you'd much rather see magnamhut.
As for the reason I play scheiren, it allows you to reshuffle cards like chimera, quaeritis and any other fusion into the deck into dragostapelia which gives you alot of grind game. I also play dramaturge over ad lib but that's a personal choice.

No, the restriction applies for the REST of the turn after you resolve Nadir.

First Hand it's better to Start deployment into cartesia fuse with tragedy to dump Albion with Grangugnoil and add quem to Check for droll because with Patchwork engine plus nadir u got enough Gas to Set up an oppresive Board

Hey Galzo I have a ruling question wich is: I know if u superpoly lets say a phoenix enforcer and another else card while having branded lost activated it cannot activate its effect. But lets say if u destroy any tearlaments monster with guardian chimera under branded lost can they activate his graveyard effect? Or does matter the order that u chain lost and chimera? Ty if u response
the tear monster still triggers on a new chain, if the cl1 effect was chimera/any effect that doesn't fusion summon

can someone whos good at yugioh explain to me why i try so hard to make the most consistent 40 card deck but this pile is supposed to be not bricky lol?
This version is not as linear as 40 cards and it's a bit harder to pilot but overall it's a much better build than the 40 card version.
Allure and 3 tragedies increases the deck's consistence alot, also quem and bystials also combo off sometimes depends on your hand. Edge imp chain automatically makes your deck 10x better going 2nd
You could've made tge same board as in the first combo with a 40 card deck tho.
I'm not saying 60 is better than 40, but it gives you so much card advantage.

Nib resolves, trigger both granguignol and Mirrorjade, Gran summons quem, foolish cartesia, in end phase ss albaz from deck and contact fuse with Nib which triggerd quem to ss Mirrorjade back.
And btw second combo he is supposed to search High spirit to play around ash (and to search merc off high spirit for allure) so you go + infinite
So no u dont lose either to ash, droll or nibiru (lol) and no the crossout build isn’t necessarily better because you say so, this variant is just harder to pilot

First combo ends with you having melt no only you're hand but you're extra deck, not only you're opponent can kill you easilly, you have almost no resource "If you get a turn back" Spright runic will have a field day for the lonely cost of a nibiru I may add.
2) t doesn't matter if you go + infinite. You either resolve branded fusion or 💀. you eat an Ash second combo, pass, and die to a single ghostbell or bystian, Great deck! 👏👏👏 (Not to mention the real posibility to brick in the 60 card variant)

And on second combo I have + infinite + albion/titaniklad so I lose to ash + a bystial or belle as you said (and it depends on the draws of allure + you get a branded s/t on top of everything with the albion and saronir combo) but not on 1 handtrap (and to be honest, it will most likely play under 2 hts)

60 card branded loses hard to droll. You have to keep searching to get to branded fusion, quem, cartesia. A 40 card deck has a higher chance of drawing them instead of searching them.
Every damn combo deck loses to droll. This is such a non comment. “Uh you summoned more than 5 times this loses to nib” “uh if i open dark ruler and lightning storm this board loses”. What you are saying is so irrelevant to the video its annoying enough to make me comment
